I love going to Wallace's, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They treat my 2 son's and I like we're family...my son's (4 and 1.5) can be a handful somedays especially my 4yr old, if they see I'm getting overwhelmed or he's driving me crazy running away they'll catch him for me and play with him, show him things around the store or even let him help them with tiny things so he feels important and big...amazing staff, friendly atmosphere

Run away from shoppers and come to this beautiful store where your treated so good, the staff is exceptional, if your sick +tired of being ignored at lesser big chains leave ,come here. Where they know your name and are going above and beyond every interaction. I drive from trenton it's 45 mins ,that's how good they are.and I wait less then the dreadful shoppers.

Staff is amazing here and so friendly. Mark in the food section overheard me one day say I didn't have a cellphone any ore and gave me his old one, cuz he just upgraded, for free. Who does that?

These people - everyone who works in the pharmacy side and grocery side - have a warmth, professional, and genuinely decent respect for their customers.
The pharmacist(s) is/are kind, non-patronizing, well versed in their role, and are available to consult with for more information about new medications, possible side effects, drug interactions, etc.
The grocery store side has fresh fruit and vegetables, Fridays mean fresh curd, and the staff are always welcoming.
I adore everyone here.

have been a customer here for at least 15years. Left in tears tonight after being yelled at & treated VERY poorly by a co-owner (it was not Eugene). NOBODY should EVER be treated the way I was tonight but a paying customer trying to pick up medication for their 8 year old child who has a ongoing condition???? This is not the 1st time I have been treated this way by this man but it will be the last. He called to apologize after I got home(which should tell u all just how bad it was), but it's too little, too late at this point. The worst part about being treated this way is I had no choice but to hand over $52 for the medication before leaving in tears because I needed it for my child. I will miss some of the people here but only I can make sure this doesn't happen again & unfortunately I can only do that by not EVER going back. Their dad would never have allowed this to go on. Oh how I miss him.

The staff at Wallace's is the best people they are very friendly and very helpful.and the pharmacist are very friendly and very helpful ,anytime I need anything delivered never have a problem there a great drug store I will never change drug stores unless they close.I just want to say thank you to all of you your the best.

This is an excellent pharmacy, the staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I really like that they deliver everything including prescription, hygiene, and stuff from the grocery side of the store over all very convenient .
