The Home Depot

During my recent visit to Home Depot, I found the staff to be quite helpful. They were available to assist with any questions I had and provided useful guidance throughout my shopping trip. It definitely enhanced my overall experience.

Was there to find product, that was efficient for flooring and easy to install. And we found Mel , she was Super friendly. Not only walked us through all the options we had to fit our budget but also informed us about various financial support programs Home depot orders. Once we were done finding what fits our budget she took all the time to show us how we can even install it all by our selves. People like Mel restores faith in humanity . Thank you God bless.

Sunny helped me decide a tint by testing them on paint sticks. So happy he recommended that because I initially chose the wrong color. You guys have the best employees!!

Great hope depot and has everything we ever need. Always spend a fortune here for home supplies, tools, and renovations. Recently bought new handles for our doors and purchased flooring - all good quality and decent prices. Customer service is fantastic, and help is always offered when we need it. Highly recommend!

We were having a hard time arranging a carpet install... but Devon took care of everything and called me back everytime he said he would. He is amazing and definitely went above and beyond for us. Definitely made my experience 100% better!!!!

Adam in the lumber department is amazing. The manager couldn't answer my questions, so they called him over. I'd think managers should know more than employees, but am glad Adam is so knowledgeable. Based on the managers knowledge, maybe the wrong person is management.

Matt in the kitchen department is the man! He deserves a raise and a weekend off. Thanks again Matt for all your help with our kitchen.

Pretty big store so many options. Staff is usually quite friendly and pretty knowledgeable, even if it's not their department.

Always friendly staff the woman their name Pat was very helpful very polite very knowledgable of products store was clean, except for the outside washrooms were dirty cashiers were friendly. It was a good experience.

Great Fast service in the rental department. I rented a trash pump it worked great. There is a protection fee on rentals and it rises when you extended your rental. This information was not shared with me i thought it was one stadard rate. Although a few dollars 💸 I'm fine with because the services was fast and rental easy. If your on a need to know bases, please ask detailed questions when renting.

Came in today from Manitoulin Island for a few things and nobody could help me find them. Went to customer service and someone named Brian helped me find all 3 things in 3 diffrent departments. Made my day extremely easy and felt I needed to go out of my way to express how grateful I was.

Great service, prices and selection of building materials. Every time I go in I'm approached by helpful staff. Matt from the kitchen department was a huge help in renovating our kitchen, planning out the layout and selecting cabinets. He's incredibly knowledgeable and a great friendly guy! A fantastic experience dealing with the rental department. I needed to rent a pair of bolt cutters and the man working there went out his way to be accommodating.

Had a very bad experience with an online order. I was to go to the store for a refund.
Delt with a shift manager named DEVON, he made sure it was all resolved to my satisfaction. Made the best out of a bad situation.
