After major renovations through the pandemic, we worked with Anne at Biancos to fill a dream chef’s kitchen with some higher end appliances. Anne was fantastic at helping select a mixed bag of brands that met all of our needs.

The stove unfortunately turned out to be a dud. Despite being a high end brand, in the words of the warranty technician on his third service call to the house, “this thing was built on a Friday during the pandemic!”

Anne, upon hearing that three service calls to fix our then almost 1 year old stove had failed to resolve the problems, stepped up and offered us a deal to send it back to Biancos for full credit and choose another stove. And the deal included changing brands, as she recognized that we were unlikely to want to replace it. All this without a commitment from the stove’s manufacturer to even take the stove back from Biancos!

The icing on the cake - after picking out a more expensive stove and agreeing to pay the difference, Anne delivered the stove and said no upcharge - after a year of disappointment and hassle with the original stove, Biancos simply did a straight exchange.

Unbelievable customer service. And proof that resolving an issue for a frustrated and unhappy customer by providing good customer service ends up giving the business a more loyal customer - we have purchased TVs from Bianco since going through this, and I wouldn’t even dream about buying a tv or appliance anywhere else!

He took the time to explain features and benefits, provided options, and information to take home and think about it. I appreciate not being pressured into buying the moment I stepped in. The following day I decided to support this small business and purchase my new Samsung fridge and range. Delivery was smooth. I highly recommend this establishment.

Purchased a Samsung tv and washer dryer combo at an event sale and ran into a bit of an issue with the tv nobody’s fault. A simple call to the store and a second tv was delivered by two polite young men very courteous and even removed their shoes at the door. Very friendly staff, very accommodating and apologetic about the tv mishap. I like supporting local and will be back for some more items soon.

Top shelf staff, knowledgeable and unmatched service... Bianco's has it all. Buying a tv, appliance, or bed set can be stressful and no matter how much you research online, sometimes your eyes or your back just don't agree. These guys will make it right. Worry-free buying. Hard to get that on Amazon. Highly recommend you go to Bianco's next time and every time.

Absolutely blown away from the experience of buying all the appliances needed for a new build. Had everything I was looking for in stock (exact model numbers, when everyone else was giving me a 4 month wait). Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. Above all that, was the phone call 10 minutes before open hours on pickup day to confirm they'd have my order ready to go. A very nice touch, shows how orginized they are. Highly recommended!

My elderly parents needed a new tv and we spoke with Chris on several occasions to make it happen. He went above and beyond for them and was always pleasant and helpful. He was amazing and I will recommend him to all my Levack/Sudbury friends.

I will never purchase any major appliance without checking with BIANCO'S first. The staff is always great to deal with as well.

I dealt with Mark. Great salesman. Not pushy and very informative. When my refrigerator was delivered he called me ahead of time and told me about a dent on the door and asked if I wanted to wait for a 'perfect' fridge or have this one delivered as scheduled and a repair person would come out to fix it later. A new one has been ordered and it will be replaced within 2-3 weeks. Their showroom does not overwhelm with too many choices either!

Excellent service over the phone. I called about an upright freezer and was told nothing available but recommended I checked with their competitors. In end I almost settled with the smaller freezer they did have but unfortunately Costco ended up getting the size I wanted in stock.
