I recently did some shopping in the make up department at Shoppers Drug Mart and decided to write a review because I had such great service. Brita helped me find what I was looking for and I found her to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable She took her time to show me different products and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. If you need any make up products I highly recommend seeing Brita!

This is a review of the cosmetics department. I have been buying my makeup at the cosmetics counter for about five years, primarily from Brita. It’s always been a great experience - Brita is super helpful, and if she is not there, I’ve been helped by Terry who is also very good. Great selection, but honestly it’s the staff in the beauty department that make this place my go-to.

I've been shopping at the Semiahmoo Shopper's Drug Mart for many years now and, by far, this is my preferred Shoppers for buying cosmetics on Super Thursdays! (my term :D). I love all the lovely ladies there...Leah, Dee, Wendy, Yvon and Sarah. Also kudos to Jeffrey, who first introduced me to the wonderful Guerlain products before leaving me in Leah's most capable hands.
I do have to say, though, that the ONLY time I was made to feel like I was some kind of miscreant was by a very unfriendly gal named Terry. Needless to say, I left the store that night without buying a thing (which I never do)! But otherwise, I have received superlative service from 99.9% of everyone else.

Best of all....the ladies I named really do take good care of me. I always look forward to chatting, joking and being informed about new products when I come in on Super Ts. These ladies are also the reason why I enjoy spending as much money as I do at this Shopper's Drug Mart! (true)

Awesome customer service. Went to get a fragrance for myself, but I was little confused. Prabhleen helped me select the best fragrance for myself considering the notes I would like to smell. The security was also good Jag greeted me well and grabbed the door while I went to exit.

My go-to Shoppers location even though I do not live on the mainland anymore! This store is efficient, clean and organized, the Pharmacy is always helpful. The Beauty Boutique is awesome with a fantastic selection of high end products, and Beauty Specialist Brita Howlett is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with years of experience with beauty products - I always go to her for her recommendations and advice!

Leah in the beauty bar is the friendliest and most helpful. She has lots of product knowledge and has stellar customer service. I have a closer Shoppers Drug Mart to my residence in Langley. But I choose this one due to the level of service I receive from Leah. She tailors her advice to my specific requirements.

I live in Aldergrove and I travel to White Rock to that specific store to buy my cosmetics from Lea,Wendy and Pableen. They are the most helpful girls ever. They have great customer service. For me its worth the 40 mins travel time because I know they always have what I need and those 3 girls are awesome.

If you are looking for great variety and service I highly recommended visiting Brita in the makeup department. She provides excellent advice, gives many options, brand choices and price points to fit your budget.

I had to grab some last minute gifts and ended up in the cosmetics section. Ralina totally saved the day. She helped me pick out some products and made the whole shopping experience a breeze. Will be visiting this location going forward.

The beauty boutique is the reason I love going to this shoppers. Leah is so helpful and always knows exactly what I need to help my skin. 10/10 recommended visiting Leah!

The cosmetics staff at Shoppers White Rock are amazing. They always take the time to assist in product selection, what works for me. Brita and Joyce in particular.

Use the postal system this visit. I had to send two separate flat rate boxes. They did not have extra large. Parking is unbelievable. The store itself is clean, and the staff is friendly.

Prabhleen and Leah are our go to girls. I always feel so at home and comfortable when Im there. They always greet us by our names and are so genuine.

I was quite pleased with the assistance I received from Prabhleen, the customer service representative. She was kind and gentle with me. Despite the fact that the store was going to close in a few minutes. She even went above and beyond to help me with activating my PC Optimum card. She has a great knowledge about her work. I will surely go back since she gave an excellent service.

Bleeding lipstick 💋? Look no further than Lise Watier Virtual Lip Contour (clear)❣I've traditionally bought No Bleeding Lips (NBL) but it's become too hard to find. So, I went to Shoppers Drug Mart Cosmetics on 16th in White Rock. Without fail, the best source of information and product on the Peninsula. Lise Watier is a also a Canadian Company 🇨🇦; NBL is a US Company 🇺🇸 and where possible I like to shop locally - meaning in White Rock/South Surrey or in Canada. From my perspective, Lisa Watier Virtual Lip Contour (clear) is a much better product than NBL. Where NBL is quite a thick waxy application, Lisa Watier product is a much smoother cleaner more elegant application. My tendency is to think that smoother cleaner application may lend itself to longer wearing time. At any rate, the wearing time will be no less than NBL because I believe the finer grain of the wax may hold those little lip 💋crevices a little more in check. Why not try it❓
