Great place. I met a Sale agent there, his name was Sarabjit. He is super friendly and very, very knowledgeable. I was planning to get a certain laptop, and he helped me explore some other different options and ended up getting a great laptop and saving money, too. His supervisor Dan( I guess) was there too, I have to admit that he as well was very nice and down to earth person. And, never forget Tyler from the Geek squad. He was also very patient and helpful. He helped me with setting up my laptop and installation of different apps. On another occasion, almost the same week, I also had the chance to meet Shaheer. He is with the phone's department. He advised me on the best phone plans to get for my son. He as well was fantastic.
It's been a while since I saw great people like these, all under the same roof. Keep up the good work, Best Buy 👏

I had a very trying experience regarding cancellation of the Geek Squad because my computer died and had just purchased again Geek Squad to see what was wrong but they couldn't even get into my computer so I call them back to cancel then they said I had to pay for the whole year $248.61, but I said they couldn't get into my computer and had to go the the store Best Buy and CJ & Cory came back to say they would honor the cancellation and waive that amount...I had a car accident so was unable to go into store 4 days after getting the Geek Squad...
So please be aware of all charges and small print....i had used Geek Squad from 2012 until 2023, since my computer was great so I had cancelled then had to order again...then this became my nightmare....very happy for out come with these 2 men 💜💜🥵🥵

I came into this store to buy 2 ipads and accessories for my daughters , and was helped by 3 employees. These employees went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. I cant thank them enough for their help. Not always do you walk into a store and receive employees like this, with great attitudes and the strive to help you get what you want. A huge thanks to your help Shams, Micha & Terry. You all are awsome and Best Buy should be more than grateful having you there!

I have purchased several devices, TVs, laptops and iPads at this store throughout the years. Always knowledgeable, helpful and professional associates. Last week, my laptop gave up on its internet. I took it in for repair forgetting that it was Black Friday. I waited for 4 minutes in the wrong line before someone found me and immediately helped me. Just got texted today that my laptop is ready. It took 24 hours to do the job during a Black Friday weekend. Not only that, but as a member, the repair was free (saved $300). 5 Stars in every category from me.😊😊😊😊😊

Went in there today only to find the product I was looking for was sold out (and on sale). A lovely gentleman named Alex helped me immediately and offered to order for me and arrange to ship to my home. He was courteous, knowledgeable, quick to process my transaction and I was out the door within my very quick timeline. I was there a week or 2 ago and got an xbox series s and a erginic keyboard. Im not a tech guy at all and Micah was extremely helpful. I got what i needed and he helped me get what was right for me at a good price. Ive delt with micah before and he is always happy to help with a smile.

I had the best experience here thanks to Mike my sales guy . I purchased an 8quart insignia air fryer minutes from closing .He was patient n super friendly and professional . ($299 on sale $129.i even got 3 year warranty for 50% off) Knowledgable staff made my shopping experience incredible .SO Happy with my purchase and this store .WOULD DEF RECOMMEND !

Today's visit to Best Buy South London necessitates an updated review, as I was profoundly impressed by the outstanding customer service we received, particularly from Chris, Damian, and Micah. A stark contrast to the disappointing experience a year ago at the same location, today's encounter was truly remarkable.

Their patience in handling our inquiries was exemplary. Every query was answered in detail and each concern addressed thoroughly, reflecting their commitment to ensuring we received the best possible deal. Their individual and collective efforts turned an initially anxious visit into a delightful experience, resulting in me happily walking away as an Apple product owner.

A heartfelt thank you to Chris, Damian, and Micah for demonstrating the true value of an offline, in-store experience. Their commendable customer service breathes life into the otherwise standard act of shopping, ensuring customers feel valued and heard. My experience today serves as a stellar reminder that physical retail stores can still offer an unrivaled personalized experience. Kudos!

OLD REVIEW FROM 2022
The staff at the billing desk seemed uptight and not too willing to understand the point of view of the customer. I don’t want to label this as rude behaviour but I would have appreciated if the nice lady at the counter would have shown the patience to understand what I was trying to say instead of trying to push her point across. I am left wondering whether this was the same friendly store that helped me with my large scale TV and Soundbar purchase less than a year ago. And now the billing desk staff just seemed so cold and unwilling to facilitate my purchase. Regret to inform that they lost a customer who was willing to make a purchase today! Back in October 2021, the staff at this Best Buy centre were so helpful in processing my paperwork and now they are telling me something so contradictory and even going so far as to imply that the previous staff at Best Buy who helped me in October 2021 had messed up the prior documentation. This left me feeling rather sour! Sorry guys for going off on a rant here but I am terribly disappointed.
