Not sure how long this has been here because I believe it used to be something else. It’s a convenient location for groceries and the prices are decent though they’re going up everywhere. No issues shopping here. They have everything you need. 👍😎

Down to earth employees - Be Honest & straight forward with them & they return the favor - people being people.

I recommend this place for shopping, But a Message to Customers - PLEASE STOP LEAVING YOUR CARTS AT THE EXIT AND TAKE THE EXTRA 15 SECONDS TO RETURN YOUR CART AND TAKE BACK YOUR 25 CENTS - A lot of customers will just leave their cart at the Exit, causing a blockade & I, a pedestrian, have on countless occasions had to volunteer as a cart boy just to prevent a fire hazard/blockade issue & move all the carts so people can exit the building.

This usually happens after rush/mid rush hour and there isn't enough employees to solve that problem when it occurs, but there shouldn't be a need to pay attention to it if people took initiative and weren't selfish - Stop being selfish. -_-

Always would prefer this shop for Asian groceries & fresh vegetables & fruits on a reasonable price.. has plenty of parking.. always busy .. they usually carry fresh groceries.. We get fresh curry leaves, mint, cilantro , bitter guard , cabbage, beets , peppers, mushrooms, oranges, apples, grapes , breads , tofu, beans, basmati rice, lentils, spices, spice powders, greens, desi ghee, and a lot of snacks for kids.. one stop shop for weekly groceries in short! Highly recommended place ..

Good selection and good quality of produce and meat... its not fancy like Remark or Sunripe, but when you use it for your weekly grocery needs, you'll get good product for a fair price. Keep in mind that it gets very busy during the peak times!

We came to London for a provincial soccer tournament . We were in such a hurry at halftime to get fresh fruit for the teams !! The staff helped us choose , box and hurry through the cash ! And even carry to the car ! Can’t thank everyone enough for your help !! Kids really appreciated your efforts!! Thanks so much !!

They always have the things I need in stock . Place is fairly well maintained and produce is always rotated and fresh.

This has been my go-to grocery store since moving to London last year and I'm never disappointed. Always great deals, good quality produce and meats and DEFINITELY always much cheaper than more boutique grocery stores. They have a great selection of different cuisines that is VERY comprehensive. I'm always finding new things to try. Cashiers are friendly, quick and it's very clean too.

Clean ad bright store. Helpful staff. Found some items not usually available at other grocery chains.

I have been going here as it's the closest store to my place. I feel this is a extremely out dated store with the shelves seeming old and just a overall old atmosphere. I can really appreciate their prices and service with not having to bag my own groceries. It is very very odd a company still does coin opperated carts, no one carries dirty coins around sorry but you're making it more difficult for your customers.

This freshco seems to always have the same items on sale as needed on my list, fair prices and many open tills with cashiers available from open to close, 7 days a week.

Nice price, much better than Fxxd Basic. I recommend this. You can go to United Supermarket and have a BBQ lunch. Their steamed chicken, roasted duck, pork and even homemade soup are traditionally good taste cannot find elsewhere in town.

Love Fresh Co. The only thing I would change... not enough room at check-out lines. Everyone is bumping into each other trying to load their carts with groceries. There is only enough room for one cart...not two and then you gotta fight to try and get out... other then that, it's a wonderful store! Great workers, always had the items listed is the flyers.
I like how they offer boxes now.

This is a clean and well maintained store that strives to have the lowest prices possible. And if they are not they will price match to ensure they do.
They have a wide selection of goods that are fresh and well rotated.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with a drive to help.

Always well kept and great place to shop! They always have what I need and shelves & fridges are always fully stocked. Even at their busiest times the staff are quick and efficient to get you through cash. Price matching here is also amazing because they show on the receipt how much you saved! I wish other stores did that because it's really great to see how much you're saving in the long run. Makes me want to go to Freshco over any other grocery.

I frequent this establishment almost every evening, and the staff at the cash registers have consistently been kind, friendly, and helpful. They have greatly enhanced my experience at this location.

I have been shopping here for about ten years ever since it was price choppers and the staff is always friendly kind and willling to help! The manager there is fantastic. I am never let down by the produce or product! The parking here is great close to the beer store and the pet shop and the variety store you can get everything else down without having ti move your car 🚗!
