Loblaws Wonderland Road

I had a great experience at the bakery the other day. Lisa was able to write on my cake like a pro just before her shift ended. Thank you so much !

This is the only grocery store I shop at, as for some reason they are the cheapest in town. Why? Because of the amount of 50% off items they have (which i'm happy they brought back). On top of that, their deli to go section, is amazing. If I want lunch/supper, and don't feel like cooking, I come here as it's cheaper than even McDonald's, or any other junk fast food place out there.
Now yes there is some items that are expensive, but I prefer the atmosphere here than at Walmart, or Superstore (prices are comparable, but is very crowded in these places).
Also, I don't think i've ever come across an item that was out of stock.
The produce section is always stocked full, and actually looks fresh compared to most stores i've seen.
You can actually find employees to help you find something, and when you tell them what you're looking for, they bring you right to the spot where it's at, Instead of being lazy and telling you just the aisle.

There's lots more to say, especially the secret deals (yes there's secrets)(the employees tell you, as it's not advertised).

I can spend hours in this store, as it's actually quite relaxing...loblaws must be putting something in the air to make me feel calm, and happy.

During my first-ever visit to Loblaws in London, I was immediately struck by the expansive layout and the wide array of products available, quite akin to what I've experienced in Toronto locations. The store clearly prides itself on offering a multitude of items to cater to diverse consumer needs. However, an area that noticeably required improvement was the staff availability and customer service. As I sought a particular cheese, I found myself wandering around for approximately 10 minutes without crossing paths with any staff member to inquire for assistance. This lack of support dampened the overall shopping experience and it is my hope that this feedback reaches the necessary channels to instigate a positive change in future customer interactions and service within the store.

I picked up to cheese trays on December 20 for a party my wife and I were to attend. The trays were previously prepared wrong and the 3 employees: Donna, Michelle and Tiana jump all over it and quickly corrected the mistake another had made. This is why we shop at Loblaws, service like we got is really hard to find. The group we attended complimented how nice the Cheese and Meat Nibblers trays were!! Hey Loblaws! This is why you are the better store to shop, your people really care!!!

Great staff! Huge store, well laid out. Great produce. Meat prices were fair but I feel Metro is better priced. Joe fresh section is massive and there's a cute little Starbucks inside.

Amazing store. Coming from a very small down I was just floored stepping into this location.
My friend Recommended we stop in to check out the international food section but we were absolutely blown away with all of it!!! First of all, Starbucks?! Hello!! My husband and I strolled through here for over an hour and got so much amazing things!

Just went in quick to grab a couple things and i love how easy it is to fund everything on your list from candy to pharmaceuticals.

Great selection and fair pricing on most things.
I really enjoyed the convenience of the Starbuck's kiosk in the store but most of all the cup holders built into the cart. See attached

Some items were pricey compared to other lower cost stores in town, but we stuck to the sales as best we could. Meat and bakery depts had great selections. Lots of 50% off meat items on clearance.

My daughter just donated hair today and Heather and the team made the whole experience amazing. She was a little nervous cutting off her long hair but the end result was amazing. Thank you for all your caring.

It was well stocked but it's more expensive than my usual NoFrills further down the road. Everything seemed fresh. The staff was great. Its a big store and I struggle walking. One worker directed me to the bakery that I needed. The cashier helped me pack my cart since I was struggling. The main reason I went is for the coin machine. I got rid of my excess change. Very positive experience. I will return some day.

Just stopped to pick up a few things. Fast and not to crowded

Not so bad prices when your careful. Great place, spacious and more relaxing while doing your groceries.

They got plenty good deals for deli food!
