Pumpkin galore... All in good time for Halloween

I don’t usually offer ratings for huge nameless and faceless corporate conglomerates, but in this case, I’ve made an exception. I’ve only been to this Newmarket store a few times for odds and ends over a significant period but each time I was greeted by a front-line staff member named Kay who has proverbially knocked my socks off with her Customer Service acumen. Always smiling and cheerful she makes the mundane reality of retail checkout an enjoyable experience. Please let her know that her genuine enthusiasm is much appreciated and I hope the rest of the staff at all levels adopts her customer appreciative style!

The store isn't busy. No fresh foods. Lots of parking space. Clean and organized. Friendly associates.

Was there last night helping my daughter with her shopping. It was clean, a great employee helped us and the checkout was quick. Not the biggest Walmart but it is a good one.

I actually like coming to Walmart as its usually fairly quiet. There are no fresh/frozen stuff though.

I had a great experience today that I wanted to share. I’m a new mom needing something for my baby and desperately needed some help with ordering for curbside. (I was at a loss and this was the only way). The gentleman at Customer service was very courteous and Ailar (fashion associate) helped immensely. They were both super considerate and went over and beyond to help me. Also, both of them were very very busy and yet still took the time to understand my problem and help. Thank you so much for that. And thank you for making my day. Definitely a great Walmart to shop at!

I had a really good experience at this location. I needed a helmet and a few other things and the worker there, Amber, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find them. Overall great service here, will be coming back.

I would like to thanks this CSM name Mohammed , he was very kind enough to take me to the right aisle for the item that I was looking for. He went above and beyond while serving me at the cash out register. He seems very polite and respectful towards everyone, he had a very nice smile which made my entire day. Thanks for your service Mohammed. Definitely 5 stars ⭐ deserved.

Staff Always helpful. No store has everything you just have to get to know what each store is best for whether one Walmart or another or even conpared Canadian Tire. Parking always easy and this plaza has everything I ever need almost

Friendly staff who treat customers really nice and they also some what good knowledge and experience in their own departments that they are working.

I had an amazing experience today with your greeter, Derek (pretty sure that's his name)! I had come in with my bike that I bought a while back from a thrift store and the seat wasn't properly working anymore, causing me a lot of pain. I ended up purchasing a new seat for my bike and he helped me dissemble my old seat and install the new one! Thankfully he knew a ton about bikes. Saved my butt! Literally! Thanks a ton.

Shelves are a little bare but I assume that has to do with the similar issues that all businesses are facing currently. Labour and products are both becoming a rare commodity, hopefully it will pick up soon for both.
