Tim Hortons

It was nothing else like it, cold night out I get locked out because someone had my keys barely a sweater and and cotton pants cold too and just to my surprise I had some money in the bank, what a way to spend 8 hours trying to figure all this out I took the furthest back lounge g bench with the upright back rest laid on my side ate like 4 egg and bacon sandwiches no hassle and I was allowed to spend extra time until somehow I got my keys back but just the bitter sweet tale of a long horrible night some food and no interruptions to think and clear my mind made me so happy I would start seeing the light shine so heavily on the building and all those that run a great experience to order food. Definitely a night to remember that the start of the fall time battlefield getting into the winter soil was made to be the warmest it has ever reigned down on me. Truly I even got some closed shut eye for a couple of hours to recharge my batteries.

I’ve never gone inside this location so can’t provide feedback to that. But we just moved nearby and so we use the drive thru here frequently and they are fast! The location we used previously was nowhere near as efficient as this location and the staff are great!

Favorite Tim Hortons, the staff is amazing and friendly. Never messed up my coffee ☕

All stuff have a really good attitude, very polite.
And they get your drinks and your food out pretty quick

Last week I left from work on my lunch break to order two wraps, 3 girls serving stood chatting while I'm looking dead at the one serving my. They should respect customers time as I was on my lunch break and all girls stood chatting and giggling. They way I grab my bag when she took it to me was embarrassing and thats not me but it's the level of aggravation to know that I'm looking at the individuals chatting and giggling while a customer is waiting on her order that she's standing with. Do that on your lunch break!!!!

We were not impressed with the service at all. Appreciate if management can look into simple customer needs like a paper bag and a cup sling when needed. All we hear is we can't provide you the bag or the cup slings are over.

I was visiting my sister who lives in the area and this Tim Hortons was a short walk down the road so I went a few times. The staff were all very friendly and got to me and my order ready quickly.

I can say, this Tim Hortons branch is the best branch I have ever been into. I went to the drive-thru 2 weeks ago. The staff had a smiles in their face. They treat you very well. This branch is far from my house. But, I will surely go back to there one day :)

This is my go to tims... It's shut right now though... When do you plan to reopen?

My favourite Tim’s location out of any of the ones I’ve been to in Canada (Ontario and all east coast provinces). They are super efficient, always accurate, and they treat me like I’m an old friend. I hope they know how much I appreciate them. Can’t say enough good about this location and the amazing staff.

This particular Tim Hortons not only has good service, they are very pleasant and respectful to each other as employees. I sat in the restaurant to have my tea and donut and heard how the staff interact with each other. Their interpersonal and communication skills make what I perceive as a very pleasant place to work. They seem to genuinely care about each other. Being in the service industry is not easy work, but from my observation, they make it as great as they can. They respect and support each other in a very busy and fast paced environment. Needless to say, that translates into great customer service.

This Tim Hortons must have been recently updated, very modern and clean, the staff are helpfull and nothing was too much trouble.

The service was fast and friendly. There wasn't much of a line up inside and out with the drive-thru so I lucked out that way. Many Tim Horton's in my area (and closer to my house) but this is the one that I go to.
