The Source

I came in to pick up a pair of earbuds…. And I walked out switching my 4 lines from rogers to bell…. And that put a smile on my face for the whole day. All thanks to Arfan and his manager Fardeem.

Seriously though, I was really just planning to go in and pick up my new pair of earbuds. I really didn’t expect the length these guys went.

Just before I left.. it all started with a simple question - “who is your mobile provider?”. Then 2 hours later Arfan and his manager Fardeen after a ton of number crunching, plan comparing, and etc. They got me a pretty damn good deal where I couldn’t say no.

I mean depending on perspective, you can think of them as trying to upsell, but why does that matter? Fundamentally as a client, if I can get a better price or more data for the same price… why wouldn’t I?

Though, they really worked for it. It wasn’t some sales pitch. They really looked at what plan I got, the price I pay, and then bam… number crunching and plan comparisons etc.

I guess it is pretty hard though. Most consumers will instantly react thinking “oh they are just trying to make me spend money”, but instead they got me a better deal, tailored to my needs. Most sales people out there are just trying to meet quota, rare to find ones that are really looking for your need.

Thanks to both Fardeem and Arfan. Great work. It’s good to see someone who actually tries to help a customer and not just some generic sales pitch. Regardless how things turned out, you guys went above and beyond, and it should be recognized. Hope you have a wonderful remainder of your weekend.

I was dissatisfied with my cell phone provider of 18 years and hesitantly checked The Source to browse. Saba assisted me and was very helpful and knowledgable. Not only did he convince me to change providers but he got me a way better deal than I had before along with 2 new phones. I highly recommend The Source and if possible see Saba. He is a man of his word and is a great guy

Amazing service from Saba and his team at the source. I luckily stepped into his store at upper Canada mall. Saba saved me tons of money on my home lines and cell phone plans. I have a business account and everything was done smooth and he’s very detailed!!!

I went to buy a computer mice today and ended up getting it for free and got a much better plan from Virgin instead of Fido thanks to Komail. He was very patient and helpful with his service, and went extra mile to answer all my questions and explain details that I had only thought of.

I came in for a laptop case and ended up leaving with money off my home tv and internet plan, new phones for me and my wife, that somehow left us with lower monthly cost then her phone that was paid off and mine that was still under contract. So she got a new phone and her monthly rate went down. Chris & Saba were the main employees that assisted us but everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. I will return to this spot anytime I need anything they sell. The customer service and overall savings were that astounding. Seriously felt so thankful. If you have any electronics needs don’t go somewhere else I promise you. You’ll be missing out. A thousand stars!!!! Thank you.

We received excellent service this morning from the team at The Source - Upper Canada Mall. The way Ken and Komail handled our return was exceptional. They were quick, made good suggestions as to how best to fix the issue and, in general, acted as great ambassadors for The Source.

They were both very attentive and informative during the process of transitioning to connecting with the bell services. Since I received such an amazing customer service experience, I will be buying more bell services.

We came to the store to see about upgrading our current internet service and we ended up getting our internet, tv and home phone service all with Bell. The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly and take their time to help you and answer all of your questions. Every single person was helpful. We were so impressed that we came back to see about also switching our mobile service and ended up doing that as well. We saved money on everything! We would recommend this store and staff 100 times over we were so happy. Thank you Fardeen, Saba, Yash, Komail, Chris and everyone I may have missed. Arfan at the source at upper Canada mall was great. He spent over an hour with us changing our phone plans and answered any questions. Highly recommend this store and the team!

I went in looking for headphones for my daughters. Arfan was helping me. As I was leaving he stopped me and asked me about my cell phone and home services which lead to me switching my services to Bell and saving $200 a month. So thank you Arfan for asking for my business and great customer service.

Was here a couple weekends ago. Got a new plan with virgin mobile over the phone and had to go pick up a phone from one of their cooperating stores. I actually went to the virgin mobile booth first at the mall where 3 people were free but didn't even acknowledge me and then finally one guy came and said they can't give my my phone? Didn't even open my account up or anything. Was very awkward. I went here to the source next and was on the phone and immediately Chris came to greet me and waved to let me know he was there to help when I was free off the phone. He immediately got my phone for me and opened up my file to add it to my plan. There was an issue with adding it on due to an issue with how the initial representative I spoke to on the phone put my plan into place. We had to call the customer service and speak to a very specific person, the wait time to get the call back was over an hour. Chris was very friendly and helpful during this time. When I mentioned I was thirsty he even got me an ice cold bottle of water and offered me a CHAIR so I could sit down! Let me mention I am pregnant and very tired! Chris' customer service was above and beyond! Great experience. Thank you!
