Convenient location - friendly staff - odd layout and not easiest store to find what you’re looking for and can be out of some basic items

Great place to shop store is clean and shelves are well stocked.

These guys are your everyday working people, with great intentions ! On Friday-November-12-2021 I was running late to work @ (DuPont and Landsdowne)and needed to hop on the DuPont bus to get to work. I had the money on my debit just no cash. Driver didn’t let me on !

So I went into shoppers and impulsed bought !!! I picked up a set of Wicked headphones.and a bus ticket in that purchase. Talked to all the staff in doing so !

Once at work my headphones broke and three days go by ! I walk into the same shoppers to get a copy of my Second COVID-19 vaccine, which was prompt and readily available. While walking passed the cashier I asked if it was possible to return it ? This is when the Asian manager came out smiling and stating that he remembers me !

Immediately, after explaining my situation he went into the back room with my receipt and they gave me a refund which I spent on a brand new pair.

I can’t function without headphones so this meant the world to me ! Great job 👏

Last Friday I attended the Smashbox photo shoot event at this location and I had an excellent experience. From the minute I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a smile by Ambrose and taken to my make up artists chair. The whole experience was so well planned and organized. The boutique looked amazing! Ambrose is so professional and knowledgeable, he helped my chose out the right products for my skin and never once did I feel rushed. If you need a cosmetic pro....this guy is amazing! Thank you Ambrose!!!

I can't speak highly enough about the service from Soma, she went over and above the call of duty, and near closing time and spent the time patiently dealing a mini emergency! She is awesome, thankyou again.

I like the distribution of the store, everything is easy to find. I must to say Danny by the cosmetic section was very helpful and friendly; also knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing.
