I had to stop at Bradford's Zehrs for fresh fruit the other day. I found everything I needed and had the pleasure of being helped by one of the produce employees. The price was better than I expected and Lilian's charismatic smile made my experience even better. Thank you Lilian for your help and for making my day happier.

I loveee to visit this place.fresh salad and donuts are my favourites.

Love the freshness of the produce here and always love to stop for a quick chat with your store standards team member Matt, he's so friendly and has helped me to find things in the store on occasion.

Thank you to the Zerhs Bakery team for doing a fantastic job on my sons cake! It was a huge hit at his party and everyone really enjoyed it!

I love their curbside pick up. As a busy mom with 3 kids, this has not only allowed me to grab just what I need without the extras, it helps to not have to drag the kids all through the store and them adding items to my cart.
The items they choose are always fresh and only once had an issue with a missing item and they quickly corrected it.

I got a hot meal to go today (chicken fingers and pasta salad). The lady helping me behind the counter went above and beyond for me! She was so kind and I wish I got her name because she deserves a raise!

I was in the store this morning and wanted to make mention of a great young man. I had asked the cashier it I bought bags of softener salt if someone could help put it in my car as i am unable to lift.
Right away this young man Estaban offered to help me. What a pleasant kid!
Must be kids with the names starting with E as i had a previous experience with Ethan.

Good on their parents for raising such polite boys!

Great grocery store in town. Nice & helpful staff members, easy layout. Always a relaxing shopping experience. The problem I have with Zehrs is that they don't accept American Express. With a big chain like this (Loblaws) I would expect that they would accept all kinds of payment.

Just left and decided to do this review in the parking lot. I would like to say the Brenda that was tending to cash#1 was above and beyond. She was nice to talk to, was extremely efficient and just all around a nice person to be around. Thank you Brenda😊

I love this place for it's cleanliness, fresh quality produce and speaking of fresh their bread made fresh daily in house it's a real treat. They also have a great bunch of people working there especially the ladies in bakery 👍 keep up the good work.

I love coming here, they are a super clean and organized store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the hot counter was amazing. I find the fresh fruits and vegetables are always super fresh and clean and displayed well. Very easy to find what you need

I honestly don’t leave reviews often but this their customer experience is the best! Every time i go in, I feel as an appreciated customer which is why it’s my favorite place to shop in bradford! They have lots of variety and cool new organic products to try. They also found my wallet when i forgotten it at the store and kept it safe for almost a week later upon me realizing it was lost. Thanks so much again!!

Clean store, polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Employees were busy bringing stock to the floor, stocking and tidying shelves and displays, cleaning, and going about their business.
In speaking with several employees I found they were quick to give you their full attention, when necessary.
They were all polite, friendly and helpful. I was even able to enjoy a laugh with two of them in passing. Free roaming?😆 I need direction 🤣
But one interaction surprised and touched me deeply. It was just a few heartfelt words that I had already said to a few other employees but this time those words hit home. Arianna, a hard working, joyful, friendly, helpful, employee in produce.
"Thank you for your work." I had said. She responded with her appreciation for the comment, I moved on and she returned to her work.
After leaving produce, I was entering meat when I heard someone call out. Thinking I had dropped something, I turned to give the person my full attention. It was Arianna. My comment had been the first words of gratitude she had heard from a customer since before COVID-19 began. Soon, we both had tears in our eyes and I could only press my back to hers as a hug. Thank you Arianna, you made my month!
To all that read this...please...grab someone you're allowed to touch and give them a strong, warm hug.

I love shopping at this store - especially the bakery! (Best donuts ever) I wanted to give a shout-out to Chris in the bakery department who is always very helpful and just a kind human. Always a pleasure shopping at your store.
