Megan and Jess are absolutely amazing. It was thanksgiving day and both of them helped me with getting a chicken and stuffing. It was the last of 3 roasted chickens. I’m very grateful to both of those 2 kind ladies. Please give them a raise and some recognition for excellence customer service and for being great human beings.

Always great prices and food! Good customer service and in stock most of the time. This is my favourite place to get groceries from.

Had the most wonderful cashier (Victoria) assist me in returning a product this morning. She is not only extremely pleasant while multitasking, but highly efficient. In our busy and hectic world, people like her make shopping a much better experience! Hope she gets the recognition she deserves :)

It is a good grocery store and I shop there almost every week.

I went to get some ground beef and I blanked out and left it at self checkout and went home without my purchased item!! Jenn took my call and told me not to worry she refrigerated my purchase and made sure I was able to get it when I was able to return later.

Jenn I appreciate you going above and beyond for me, what could've just gone back to the shelf you made sure I got it!

Covid19 review: This Food Basics outlet is a fine place for seasonal fruits and veggies. Flyer specials usually in stock so it's worth the trip to get some fine fresh produce. Store is clean and well lit with plenty of space to move around. Nice young man at the door checking for masks, large supply of clean baskets to use. And big bonus for the self checkouts that accept cash. Got what I came for, quick in-and-out, had a satisfying experience.

Great place to get groceries

Best market in Bradford. Best priced. Best selection. Nicest employees who actually do they're job effectively and respond to questions quickly.

We as a couple exclusively shop here when we need to get things from town and the costs of getting things are half of what they are at its direct competitors. I dont even mind having to bag everything myself.

Its the best store in town and you're cheating yourself if you're not going here instead.

Quality local vegetables (onions, carrots, etc.), great organisation of the whole place! The employees are polite and the cleanliness is great. I love buying my groceries there.

The staff here is great. They are very helpful and actually spend the time to try and help you out when needed. This store also has 2 EV chargers, which is a big plus for EV drivers such as myself. Thank you!

A lot of parking space, no disable ramp, the store is clean and neat. A lot of specials at the moment,tuna, pasta, vegetables, fruits. Customers wear masks, they keep their distance, no argues no fights overall good place to shop!!! Stay safe everyone!!

Maybe it's the location or the fact that it's pretty new, but this Food Basics stands out with being and feeling big, bright, clean and having very good produce, at least compared to other ones I've been to.

Fruit and vegetables are so cheap here and really good quality

It’s awesome and they have lots of offers. Compare with Walmart most of the price are very cheap. And the customer service are very good. Very day they have different offers foe different products.
