FreshCo Bathurst & Nassau

This is one of the better FreshCo outlets in the city and a lifesaver when you live or work downtown and don't want to be ripped off at Loblaws at Queen and Portland or can't find what you need for even lower prices in Chinatown which is 15 minutes away on foot.

Service is typical for a discount supermarket and none of the staff members have stood out for being rude or unhelpful in all the years I've shopped here.

It has a surprisingly large choice of basmati rice brands and South Asian groceries (achar, ground spices) even though it's nowhere near Little India on Gerrard St. E. This location is big enough to have third-parties as the in-house fishmonger ("Starfish Market") and in-house butcher ("Lucky's Meats"). These last two businesses add to the regular inventory of meat that's offered in other sections of the store through FreshCo/Sobeys' house-brand "Compliments" or other brand names (Schneiders, Piller's, Brandt Meats etc.).

The prices here are the best around the area in my experience so far. They also have a wide variety of international foods and are open from 7 am which is very convenient for an overnight worker like myself

Great selection of world foods, insane amount of frozen foods, a true hidden gem. I wish during peak times they would have more than 2 cashier's. They also have a terrific fish department. Ps they also have a in-house butcher, which I have never seen at any fresh co.

The curry pad Thai is excellent (too many Thai places don't even make a curry pad Thai!) Portions are ample. Cute patio out front, huge patio in the back. Recommended.

Legitimately the best grocery store in Toronto. Wide selection of things you'd never expect from FreshCo. Always better prices than the usual grocery stores. The only things is I wish they had a few more plant-based products.

Large FreshCo. The store is well-furnished and clean. It has a pharmacy. Check-out is usually faster than any other FreshCo location I visited.

I wouldn’t usually leave a review for a grocery store, but the self checkout staff member who’s there on Saturdays is a rockstar and deserves all the credit. He always on the ball, friendly, and runs the best self checkout I’ve ever been to. Please give this man a raise.

I love this store. I love the people who work there and the customers. The products and prices are good. It is clean and fresh. Everyone is friendly and funny/cheerful and helpful. Thank you.

Easy to shop, helpful staff, wide range of products and probably cheap price. You can get biscuits, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, cakes, bread, milk almost all grocery items.

A good grocery store with a decent selection of goods and at competitive prices. They also have a decent selection of gift cards for sale here. Due to its proximity to Chinatown, there is a nice selection of Chinese snacks and ice creams here. My wife likes the bubble tea ice cream that they sometimes sell here.

Excellent place to shop, and for the most part has more affordable prices then places such as Loblaws along with having quite alot of products to choose from.

I come here to do grocery. It's not very crowded and everything here is well stocked and organized.

The place is 10 /10 in every single area you should all go - just go and you'll understand what I'm trying to say! - and oh you can thank me later!

I shop here. There is another Fresh Co located closer but this store has more selection.
