Value Town Party Supplies

We used to go to Party City to always get balloon bouquets but we will always try Value Town from now on. We bought the balloons in the attached picture on May 4th and as of today (May 17) they are STILL floating!!! It's literally a miracle, I have no idea what kind of balloons they use but I've NEVER had balloons last this long let alone a few days. Usually our bouquets from Party City are deflated by the next day. Since Party City was closed because of COVID-19 we were forced to look elsewhere for our son's birthday, and we heard lots of good things about Value Town so decided to call and see. We left it last minute until the day before, but the person on the phone was able to accommodate us for the next day. The prices were comparable to what we are used to, and the service could not have been better. So kind and sweet, made the whole experience so nice. They even gave us an extra little balloon filled with glitter for our son with a thank you card, and it ended up being his most favourite thing from his birthday! I will definitely be trying here first next time I need any party supplies. I rarely write reviews but this business deserved it!!!!!

I absolutely loved doing business with “Value Town Party Supplies”. First of all I loved that they actually asked me to contact them before I placed an order to make sure they had what I needed. Because of the nature of this business, I appreciate when they understand that you sometimes don’t have the time to wait 24 hrs, for the business to get back to you and tell you: “oh we’re sorry we don’t carry this and that product, you would have to substitute “…..and sometimes for things that don’t even fit your needs. That’s exactly what another business (I’d rather don’t say their name) did to me last week, ONE DAY BEFORE MY NEACE’S BIRTHDAY!!!!, and so I came accross “Party Dreams”/ “Value Town Party Supplies”, I sent them a whassap message at 10 pm and they replied to me almost immediately!! And helped me with such care and kindness!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Just ordered a balloon bouquet for my sons 21st birthday (1 beautiful personalized balloon and 6 latex balloons). It's not just thrown together like at other stores. The bouquet was put together to look esthetically pleasing. And the quality is 100% there. The latex balloons are already staying inflated longer than Party City's. I'm impressed. Thank you so much!
