Glad it is open for 24 hours, when I needed allergy med at 4 AM due to bad flare up. Thanks, tremendous help from the pharmacist on duty.

They were the only location I finally found the urban decay original naked pallet at. It had been on sale at many other retailers, so had been difficult to find.
I was hoping that they were selling it at the price that other places had it for. Sadly it was not and shoppers does not do price matching.

They have a good selection of premium makeup, however I still prefer shopping at sephora.

I wanna be fair, this is my third time purchasing prestige cosmetic in this particular beauty-boutique. The first two time was "okay". Not this time though. I realized they carried some of the old product (I can read a lot of manufacturer batch code, for example the Lancome cleanser I bought, I saw product that were made back in 2019 or even 2017! Way out of my or any consumer's comfort zone). I needed to double check few of the products to make sure I grabbed one that was made by this year. The other problem is, the security were constantly standing right beside me even when a sales assistant was already helping me, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I'm being watched or treated like an suspect. (Even during my payment) I'm very into cosmetic and skincare, so I tend to do a lot of homework / testing, research by myself, but the sales assistant doesn't even seem to know half of the products, he seems completely inexperienced and the DIOR high lighter color he matched for me end up being way too dark. I decided to keep the product because I hate returning products and I'm trying to be reasonable. Last problem... the beauty-boutique I'm familiar with at Richmond Hill give me much nicer customer services including generous samples or GwP (it could be because they knew me for years). This branch, they were missing the Lancome GwP set, when I ask for replacement they gave me a much cheaper brand, I kindly declined so they simply gave me small sample bag from the brand I purchased, and that is under my request. They only gave me "one sample" when the rest of the beautyboutique I know were being generous on sampling. The GwP was already missing and they can't compensate on that. I don't live in this location but I do come to this location from time to time, my experiences wasn't that terrible but from my 10-15 years of cosmetic shopping, there are MUCH better beauty boutiques around.

To the lady who worked at Beauty Boutique on Saturday evening:
I had redeemed 200,000 points for $300 at the Redemption event, and when I tried to exchange a cosmetic, you said you were going to ask me to pay the $100 out of my pocket since I got it as a bonus. How ridiculous! I have called your customer service and the customer service manager about this issue. According to the policy or PC optimum contract, you have no right to do this! I don't know what your learned from your training? You didn’t even check my points history in store. You have no right to charge me extra $100 when I want to make an exchange, understand? You said it was your company's policy. You lied. As a sales person, you didn't consider for one second the customers' feelings, and you only cared about the commission you got, right? Are you a capitalist in spirit who only wants to exploit the consumer? I don't know your name, but both you and your supervisor are definitely getting a complaint! You're welcome!
