It is refreshing to see a family-run cornerstone again. Nothing more impressive than a one-man show sticking around for the long haul.

The owner is charming, ever-present and reminiscent of Ming's (which notably still stands at Parkview/Willowdale) eventually becoming an institution for many candy-seeking children around the way.

One ought to wonder why Willowdale consistently tops the 'most desirable' charts. It's always the people. Anyone can buy their way into residency - but being part of the community is earned.

I am appalled of the bad reviews against this store. This store has been part of Willowdale community since the buildings were built. He and his family are a part of our neighbourhood - and have always given me the respect and courtesy I deserve. I will suspect most of the bad reviews are out of retribution from a bad experience, or from transient tenants who are just 'passing though' Willowdale. Trust this man - and his prices are incredibly competitive.

My go-to place if I need anything quickly. The owners are always friendly too, and the uber service was the best out of all the stores in the area!!

September 24, 8:30pm we went for a quick purchase. The attendant was very helpful and extremely polite and was very accommodating with our purchase.

Excellent and friendly service. Someone just won 18 million in lottomax from this store. Might be a lucky store for lotto. Also do Uber eats delivery services.

Beware of the older chinese guy who works as cashier here. He double charged me and then refused to give my money back. Finally after 5 minutes back and forth and showing double charge on my bank account he paid back my money.

Goofy ahh and rude owner, he doesn't care about customer and doesn't have any experience in customer service, also don't let ur kids go there he's even worse towards them. Just go to metro right infort of it💀💀💀

The person who attended me was rude and racist.
I went to purchase a few things and he asked for my ID which I showed him and then after the billing for done he sarcastically commented behind our back " huh India". I was very shocked to see this kind of behavior never ever going to this store again.

Terrible business. Zero stars if I could.
Ordered a carton of 1L milk for delivery, only to find out it was due to expired in 3 days! Dumping old inventory to paying customers. Not surprise they'll even sent expired items out for delivery orders. Horrendous business
ethics. Never again.
