Despite the lengthy cashier line, my wait was unexpectedly short. This store consistently boasts a comprehensive inventory. The customer service was commendable, and the store maintained a clean environment. Even on a Friday night around 9:00 pm, all aisles were fully stocked.

A bit small store but for me is ok.

The store manager is both approachable and professional when posed questions by clients. Staff are awesome, and the Empress Walk location always has a great selection of beers and lagers , both imported and domestic brands.

It's one of the few lcbos that tends to keep Altos in stock on a regular basis.

Even though the shop is small they have incredible variety and a little bit of everything. Very friendly staff too!!

It was my first time at an LCBO. I wanted to buy red wine for a vegetarian meal with a friend who enjoyed red wine. Knowing little about wines, I wasn't sure how to make a selection. Scott asked all the right questions and suggested Pinot Noir. I went into the store feeling lost, and I left the store feeling great!

Just good enough for a quick purchase.
The staff are really nice guys always helping.
I recommend all people to use sanitizer at the entrance ( we never know ) .
The location is perfect if you're taking subway from the south towards Finch Station 'cause you can leave it , grabbing your wines quickly and going back to the subway without wasting more than 10/15 mins.
You have also more stores to buy food or a smoothie in the same mall .

This location is small but it still has a huge selection and inventory. Even though it has a line up most of the time it has multiple checkout terminals and the staff are very very efficient. The staff are also very very knowledgeable and they are extremely friendly.

It's not a big store, but the variety of products is really good.

Super friendly staff. They were able to recommend me a beer that tasted similar to one I showed them a picture from online.

Fairly limited in variety, especially in the beer fridge. But given the limited space and prime location, the convenience and access trumps the negatives.

I was purchasing Glenfiddich but cashier gave me Glenlivet. The bottle was already opened and cashier said he can't exchange it, however the manager was very reliable and responsible and helped me out. I came back here angry but left the door with gratitude.

Went in on new year's day. Place was jam packed, but the line was moving real quick! The team in this location is full of rock stars, great job everyone! :)

Ah yes LCBO, stomping grounds for kindred spirits such as myself, This review goes out to the ones who drink spirits to lift theirs. The ones who like to drink rum to fill their tums. I bought my mom ice wine there. There's a huge variety. I'm sure there's something for everyone there. The staff is really nice and helpful as well c:

Small store but the shelves are always full! If you want specialty spirits, liquors and wines you may want to visit a larger store but the essentials are all here.

A bit smaller and cramped than other LCBOs, but a decent selection and helpful staff. Be careful with a backpack, it is easy to knock something over in the aisles.

Unbelievably fast! As it was the last day before Christmas, there was a line wrapping around the store. I was in and out of there in minutes! Staff here are fantastic.

Just a note, entrance to the grocery store is from the lower level off the subway walkway. Entrance to the LCBO is from the ground floor inside the mall. During Covid, the number of people per store is limited.
