A great place to shop. They had what I needed in stock and helped me find the other item I needed. Best of all their Christmas decorations were 50% off.

I’ve had 2 outdoor projects this summer and both times I chose Smithville Home Hardware and in between I’ve shopped in the store. Every visit has been exactly the way I like being treated. The staff make me feel like a valued customer.
My most recent project is the largest in a while and with the help of of the Contractors Desk (I’m by no means a contractor) I got all the supplies I needed. The desk is headed up by Manager Roger and on this project I had the pleasure of dealing directly with (captain) Kirk. Kirk is a professional who knows how to interact with customers in a manner that makes the customer feel comfortable, no matter how goofy my questions were. While walking through the drive-through lumber area I met Dave who rattled off the top of his head my order perfectly. The order was dropped of this morning and was exactly what was ordered. I look forward to the next time I have to head into their store, it will feel like a visit. Thanks folks.

This store is a full building centre. Today I needed various 3/8 lag bolts that were zinc-plated. They had exactly what I needed along with all the other hardware I required.. The service is really great! This is one of my favourite hardware stores.

It's my local store. They always have everything I need and if by chance they don't, they order it in. Very friendly staff and dog friendly.

Best customer service, I went in and a lovely lady came right to me asking if she could help me and I actually needed help to buy screening for a door. The nice lady took me to the contractor desk and a very nice young man assisted me with exactly what I needed. As I was waiting another nice man who worked there asked if I was looked after and I said yes and he said "if there's anything I can do please let me know and I'd be happy to help" I love it here, I don't think I would ever go anywhere else than this hardware store, customer service is so hard to come by these days and this store has my vote!!! Thank you for a great experience.

Every time I step foot in this location I’m greeted by so many helpful staff that always help me find exactly what I need. Today multiple staff exceeded my expectation I will continue to support local knowing I can count in this kind of service. Thank you everyone

That and they pretty much have anything you might need for your home.
As a contractor I'm in here multiple times a week and it's always quick and I know they'll have what I need.

Went today to purchase chaulk paint. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted. So Julia who works in the paint department took her time and experimented to get the right color I wanted!! Great customer service and a wonderful addition to Smithville home hardware!! I hope she is recognized for this comment. Thanks again Julia for your help.

Fantastic service today! We had Stephanie helping us curbside. We had a problem that we needed to solve and she brainstormed to come up with a few options for us. It’s a busy Saturday for Home Hardware and she absolutely took her time and didn’t make us feel rushed. Stephanie made curbside shopping a pleasant experience!

I buy paint and paint supplies on a regular basis as I own a painting business. They are a very friendly small town store. Always do there best to help make sure I have everything I need. Great for rentals too! I’ve rented paint sprayers and other tools. Great prices!

Friendly staff, clean store. I was getting paint mixed and the first associate I came across was happy to help. There were other customers waiting to get paint mixed so she called another associate who helped me to the cash and then out to my car. I will 100% come back here for all my paint and hardware needs!!

Customer service was very nice. The man came off the till to come and find and recommend an adhesive for my concrete steps that we just put in.
