Great prices, I've noticed that this location is getting more produce and more clothing. We have a Foodland in Smithville in the same plaza, so I think Giant Tiger is trying to compete better with Foodland. Foodland is a Big Rip off. their prices are completely ridiculous. Giant Tiger carries the basics , Smithville would be lost without Giant Tiger.

I spent my first 3 years of ever having a real job working here! I have a lot of love for this location. It's changed drastically since I left almost 3 years ago, but the the variety of items, the great service, and price that can't be beat will always remain the same. I always stop in whenever I'm back home in Smithville!

Love GT a little bit of everything and at a good price. Clean store with a decent selection of clothing. Could improve with more youth sizes and selection.

I haven't found a Giant Tiger that I don't love. This store is tidy and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This format of a store survived the onslaught of big box retailers. It saw Zellers and Target come and go. Coexistence with the giants of department stores and mighty super stores and behemoth grocery stores, is something to be proud of.
