Asked cashier for loonies in exchange for my twoonies. Refused. I worked in convenience store and know the cash drawer can be opened. How nasty... I even purchased something.

Same problem that others have mentioned. Sign on the door that says "back in 5 minutes", but no one shows up.

Everytime i ,, bymistake come to this gas station , guy on the cash counter is on phone . Today at around 6:30 pm cap wearing kid didn,t even replyied to a hello or thank you.( bussy listening to podcast in earpods) (check cameras). Request to the retailer :- please don't presue his pnp file if he is not respecting this job.

Got ripped off. Pulled up for gas pre-auth debit card for 100.00 only because the sun was shining and the 100.00 is all I could see. I bought 19.88 worth of gas hung up the pump and asked for receipt pump said go inside. I couldn't be bothered to do this and when I looked at my bank account the next day was charged 99.88 which was not possible the car doesn't even hold that much. After contacting shell 4 times they keep saying nope you bought that much.. so frustrated with how could this happen, shell will only say nope you bought that much. WHAT A RIP OFF, just want an answer did I not hang the pump up did next car get free gas???? Just tell me how this is possible. No answers but please everyone when buying wait till the pump says the transaction is complete before leaving.

Horrible customer service/ don't recommend cashing lotto tickets in here. Checked tickets before cashing and took them up to the till he was $10 short on the winnings. The cashier did not give slips for tickets or tickets back and said everything was scanned. Not the first time a similar situation has happened here. Staff needs training or maybe try hiring locals and supporting a small town. They are not 24/7 as indicated.

Whenever I go to calgary from Red deer this has happened to me five times. On the way, there is a petrol pump of Shell near the bowden and the shop of Shell is open show but whenever I come, the door is locked and No one opens that round but his sign board shows his open… 18 Jan 2023. 02:15 am

Worst ever service never seen before there is no 24/7 availability always door close

Never open after midnight, always a be back in 5 mins sign on the door.
