Tim Hortons

The employee running the drinks out front while not training the poor girl who's first day is happening needs to learn how to stop and listen. I understand and sympathize with food workers as I also work in the industry and train tons of people every fall. But when you have multiple customers asking one thing and she's not even listening. What's the point? I asked to a drink and was waiting to pay but the poor girl taking the order couldn't find the button. She expressed it to Sam, her trainer and she told her it was a different item. She asked a few more times, I also asked a few more times and it resulted in a huge line behind us and my having to place my order online, simply because the trainer, would not listen.
Another lady waiting for her mobile order ordered three items but had them incorrectly made. She showed her receipt to the manager and the manager acknowledged the mistake, asked Sam to remake it only for Sam to tell the supervisor that she did make the order properly and walked away.
Good luck to the rest of you guys and the new girl. You will need it with that breakdown in your crew

Like most Tim Hortons - clean place with a nice staff… you know what you’ll be getting. My dad loves the coffee - and its smile cookie time too! It’s not clear, but I have the button on.

This has to be one of the fastest drive thru windows in KW !! My order is always right and the food is fresh. Also I find this location has a better variety of Timbits which you would think all locations would be the same but here I always get the white filled and chocolate with coconut added in the variety packs.

Few empty seats were available and there was not much queue. We had french vanilla and mocha iced capp. Both of them tasted well.

Super fast service at drive thru. Everything was fresh and hot .

There's a guy who works often taking orders in the drivethru, I don't know his name but he is the most pleasant person ever!! Love this location!

Yeah you guys should increase the pay of the current manager, i have never seen anyone with this much kindness. I often visit this Tim just because of the service.

Found myself without breakfast and decided to order from Tim Hortons. To my delight, my order arrived promptly within 10 minutes. I opted for the barbecue chicken wrap, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and it left me satisfied. Gave one French Vanilla to my car mechanic as well. The quick service, tasty food, and delightful beverages make it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal or snack.

Okay this place is in the same plaza as the Fredrick Mall and near to the thrift store and AMF Bowling 🎳 Centre. It’s got 2 Drive-Thru’s and one of the quickest ways to grab & go before hitting the Parkway!!

Heard a lot about this brand and finally visited it!! The service is really fast and the staff is very polite. Overall its a good place

Met some work mates whom I haven't seen much of in the last 2 years since I retired. Was a nice visit.

I love the selection of food they have it seems to have more options than most other Tim Hortons plus the staff are friendly and the store is modern :) can't beat a double drive through.

I really liked the twisted sticks warmed up and my reg order is large iced coffee red eye 2 shots espresso - little ice and no milk or cream no cane base.

This was my 2nd visit to the Frederick Mall location. Wow! Both times it was after 8pm, the coffee was hot and fresh, the muffins tasted like they had just been baked. The floors and seating area were immaculate. I was extremely impressed with how patient the counter staff was when I had trouble with my order. Well done!!!

We find this Tim Hortons usually has a good selection of freshly baked goods (i.e. muffins and croissants). Some other locations serve goods that are a bit stale, but it seems this location usually bakes things more frequently. 8/10 mornings (8-10am) their muffins are even still warm.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons, by far the fastest and best service. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location instead of the other ones in the area. All Tim's locations should be trained by this one!

The service at this location is the fastest I've ever seen. Every morning the line here is so quick, I'm always impressed

Loves this tims.....double drive thru lanes...ample space to even bring In a massive stroller. In the mornings, they got classical music playing!. You can tell the people that work there are happy (well, more happier than other Tims)

With the opening of the new location, and the obvious shuffle of staff, I'd recommend this one. Orders are out quickly, coffee's always fresh, and the actual café is much nicer than the previous one. The drive thru is also a definite plus.

I have loved each and every single Tim Hortons that I've stepped in since I was 15 years old. Somehow across-the-board, they keep it uniform, you always know what to expect when you go in there, and it's always fantastic when you get your order.
