Thank you to the service workers who help us all start our day with caffeine and a hot meal. Your efforts are much appreciated! The staff are friendly and dedicated. It shows. 11/10 would recommend

Order was made quickly and accurately. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the new seasonal "Black Forest" doughnut, or my all time favourite Canadian maple, but at least the Iced Capp machine was working.

I enjoyed the Blueberry Fritter and the Dark Roast coffee, my wife love the Bailey coffee, please keep it a on menu.

Great selection and you are comfortable at any Tim Hortons due to the familiar offerings and environment.

I asked for a well toasted bagel, they gave me a well toasted bagel. You might not believe just how hard it is to obtain that. I would come back here anytime. The girl suggested to the sandwich maker to slow the toaster down, just as I would when I worked there. No one else seems to get that. Thank you for getting this right for me!

Yes I'm giving service for stars but I wish they would be open earlier in the morning like they used to be 24/7 service is slow but but it used to be really good when it was open 24/7 7 days a week I can't even get a coffee on my way into work or a donut or a muffin not even a bagel or a breakfast sandwich

Getting more and more busy !! They need a twin lane like McDonald's have one side for big orders,and other side just coffee!! They make all these huge renos inside every 5 yrs or something and totally change everything inside ,almost unrecognizable!! Use the reno money to speed up production!! And this is Just my opinion!!

This time of year is the best time for a Hot Chocolate, or A Tea, or a coffee to stay warm.,Or if your hungry , and cold
You could try one of their soup's, or chili with a nice bun, and a hot drink. The Donut is the best thing to have for a small snack with a nice drink that is hot. It has the greatest service, and comes up with unique idea's to promote. Keep up the awesome work. Wish you all The best, and a Happy Valentine. They were either very busy or they are really slow, perhaps understaffed not sure, but managers and/or owners please do something about it!!!

Great customer service. Just like any other Tim Hortons you could find in Canada

The real centre of Bracebridge. Expect long, but quick moving lines. Clean facilities with hockey-centric theme. Professional, approachable staff.

Tim Hortons is there Dunkin donuts of Canada. They are everywhere. The service was better at some than others. Their breakfast options are very good

I was never a big fan of Timmies, but I am loving their new breakfast sandwiches with the new eggs, well done

Staffs are polite and always provide with the correct order. Service is slow, probably understaffed.

Bill and the rest of the window crew are always so great in the morning! I love when people are happy.
