I have been dealing with Mike and Dave for many years. We just had an unfortunate problem arise. Within 1 hour of speaking to Mike, he had a technician here and the serious problem was fixed within a couple of hours. I’m loyal to Knowles because of this kind of customer service!

Max from Knowles came out today to connect our taps, R/O water, drain connection for the sink and connected our dishwasher. He was on time and did a terrific job. Max has a great attitude and wonderful sense of humour. If we need any more work we will call them.

I popped into Knowles for advice (and parts) regarding a leak repair at my water well pressure tank "Tee" connection. Everyone that I spoke with in the store was super courteous, very knowledeable, and keen to help. After a discussion (and some direction) with one of the staff about how to go about repairing the connection, I felt confident with my purchase of the necessary parts and what process I needed to follow. I'm happy to say that I am now "leak free"!!!

I reached out to Knowles for advice on replacing my UV bulb and to discuss winterizing my water line. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful. I purchased a bulb and sleeve and picked up curbside - very easy!
