Jenn did such a thorough job today with my pedicure, and helped me get a set of incredibly stuck acrylics off a couple of months ago without causing any damage to my natural nails. I highly recommend seeing her! I also visit Lara and she’s super kind and meticulous as well. ❤

This was my first time to Artistic Spa and I hadn’t received a facial treatment in several years so this was something I had been looking forward to for a while. I booked the Hyrda facial deluxe with the eye treatment. Nelly looked after my treatment - she was lovely and did a great job to explain options and steps of the treatment along the way. This type of facial was a unique experience and I loved that there was no downtime. My face has never felt softer!!! Overall I had a lovely experience and would recommend to others for sure!

I purchased a hot stone message for my sister as a birthday present, from the booking process, the receptionist Cristina, and the message therapist Joanna and then the end processing payment went absolutely amazingly! My sister says if she could, she give 10 stars ⭐! It really says a lot about a company on how you treat your customers and you all were extremely kind, caring and attentive. We will be recommending and raving about your services. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

I’ve recently been receiving the Opus Plasma treatments, and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend a visit.

I love coming for my facials. There is nothing like the hydrofacial and how it cleans your skin. Laura is just amazing and just makes my skin so beautiful, not only feeling clean, but refreshed and youthful. She is very meticulous and understands what my skin needs. I am so appreciative and I don't have to worry about the quality and excellence of my facial.

Lara is the best esthetician I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and their purpose, but also about the skin and its anatomy. I'm always so impressed with the depth of her understanding and all the information she shares. And of course my skin (and my son's skin, when she she's him) always feels amazing. She's turned my son's skin around from incredibly congested to glowing, and she's made him really start to care about his skin. My feet feel great, and I enjoyed all the little extras we received as part of our spa pedicure - the warm neck wrap and coffee were so nice! As always, customer service is excellent. Next time though we'll make sure to book the hot paraffin treatment too...we forgot this time and we missed it!

The staff were excellent! The estheticians my friend and I had were friendly and made our spa experience memorable. They were flexible to help us when there was a mixup of only having 1 booking instead of 2, and they didn't rush. They did a lovely job for our manicures and pedicures, making us feel pampered and relaxed. Would highly recommend this spa!

Peaceful, calm and welcoming. This spa is an oasis in downtown that has to be experienced. Regardless of your day, it's instantly better once you walk in the door. The staff and owners are down to earth and so friendly, you feel immediately at home. The services offered are professional and perfectly done. Loads of choices and you are guaranteed to leave happy and ready for anything. It's worth every penny and fairly priced. Jennifer's art on nails is phenomenal work.

Nelly was awesome! She tackled the challenge that I brought with me with no hesitation (I did a DIY lash lift and fried my lashes). She did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back 🥰

Kate was awesome! This was my first time at Artistic and she explained everything that was going to take place during my visit and the order it would happen in.
