I have been seeing Emily for the past few months. I had pretty bad acne scarring from hormonal imbalances after breastfeeding/pregnancy and I've been wanting to try microneedling for quite some time. I found Laze on Instagram and reached out to Emily with some questions and from the beginning she was super helpful. I've had some bad experiences with past (different) treatments, so I expressed my fear of microneedling being painful. She was very reassuring and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into having a treatment that I was uncomfortable with.
I booked with Emily and liked her from the minute I met her. She is super thorough and you can just tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients. She also NEVER came off as pushy sales wise. I told her I am using a vegan skincare line that has worked wonders for me and I didn't want to switch things up, and she completely accepted that and never pushed her products on me. However; she did help me exponentially with sunscreen which is something I requested. She made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and didn't get stuck with a product that didn't work for me.
I have done 3 Hydrafacial/microneedling sessions and my skin is in the best shape it has ever been in! My only regret is that I didn't get in sooner. Thank you, Emily, for your hard work. I truly appreciate you!!!

Emily is an amazing technician who was happy to accommodate me and all of my questions regarding laser hair removal. The procedures I've had with her have been comfortable and efficient.
