The people here are great, very efficient service. Better place to get passports renewed without line ups. You can even make an appt ahead of time for the passports!

I was prepared for a long line to renew my passport but at 8:30am on Family Day, there was a just a handful of us. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 7 minutes and knew exactly what to expect in terms of timeline of delivery. Great experience.

Very simple. You walk in (or wheel in, seems like they had accessibility needs met), a greeter notes what service you need, you have a seat, they call you and you get service. Walked in around 1:45pm, walked out at 2:15pm. A smooth experience for sure

So efficient! Just bring proper document of yours. Not much waiting time. I got my social insurance number in just half an hour. Thanks alot!

Just make sure you have all your papers and id's, and for proof of citizenship if not born in Canada, make sure you have your citizenship card, passport is not sufficient.

Visited the service canada london downtown branch today. It was busy but the staffs were efficient and friendly. I was assisted by steven goose for my sin renewal. Got done at the counter in less than 10 mins.

Went for passport application’s for myself and child. Very friendly, professional staff. *Helpful tips:
1. Book an appointment! We had our appointment booked at 0930hrs, we arrived a bit early and were seen within 10 mins of arriving.
2. They don’t take passport pictures here. You have to supply them yourself.

Recently I had an inquiry about OAS . My inquiry was handle efficiently and the customer service representative ( LaToya) went above and beyond to facilitate a resolution.. a pleasure dealing with service Canada and this agent .

Quick & easy visit, was greeted as I walked in by the gentleman at the front desk and asked what I was there for, explained what they could or could not do. I waited maybe 4 minutes before being seen by a specialist, they reviewed what I had brought and explained in detail what I needed to do for an issue that was out of their hands, but ultimately solved my issue through the advice I received. Would recommend everyone bring a piece of unexpired Government issued ID & SIN card to have your needs serviced.

Very helpful staff. They are trying their best to help with whatever resources they have. When everyone is applying to get a new passport or get their passports renewed it is understandable that there is going to be wait time. Be prepared for 3 to 4 hours of wait time for the whole process.

Try to go there as early as possible. There won't be a queue. I went there at 8:30 in the morning and it was almost empty. By noon the place is gonna get busy. Appointments are not necessary. They will ask whether you got an appointment. But just say its urgent. At max there were 3 people working behind the counter when I visited. The first lady whom I met was really sweet and polite. She took down my details and asked me to wait for my turn. And then went on to meet the other staff who issued my SIN. All in all it was a quick and smooth visit for my SIN number.

Nice staff and good service sometimes busy a little bit in the afternoon.

Do yourself a favour and make an appointment. Don't just walk in unless you want to spend 2+ hours waiting to get what you want done. I still give 5 stars because they're still doing their jobs the best they can. But I reiterate, make an appointment.

I went to get my SIN number and it was very simple. The employees were very nice and I got my SIN number in just a few minutes

I visited Service Canada to apply for a social insurance number. I came closer to closing, so it was a bit busy. After waiting about an hour, I was helped by a kind and efficient employee. He apologized for the wait time and I received my SIN within five minutes. While I did have to wait awhile, I expect that from government services, so I wasn't too upset. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful, which makes all the difference. The only true downside to this location is paying for parking. Other than that, I was happy with my experience!

I would like to thank the lady that help my mom at the door and not letting her standing for a long in the line up outside , and wish if I know her name , but she was with the security team maybe standing at the door building. The Staffs were very helpful especially this lady . Thanks again .

There was quite a long wait. They have been encouraging people to do their work online if possible due to Covid. Staff were professional and friendly! Visited Jan 14, 2022.

A great experience with the staff special mention to Mr. S. Wood, soft spoken, a humble and polite guy who help me with my SIN, fast processing, nothing more to say but thank you I didn’t encounter any troubles that I’ve red from others reviews.
