We love Freeborn and Co. Shannon has amazing customer service and great passion in her work. Her custom kitchens are stunning, and high quality. We love working with her for our clients renovations, as she’s always eager to design and work with anyone’s budget. Her designs are on trend, yet timeless and she is always thinking outside the box to bring that ‘wow’ factor. All her staff are very professional and helpful and I love visiting her storefront (dreamiest space) for their unique events. We always look forward to projects we can collaborate on with Shannon and the Freeborn team and highly recommend her to all our clients.

We worked with Shannon and the FCO team this past summer for our kitchen renovation. From the first moment I spoke with Shannon I was very impressed with her professionalism, vision, and attention to detail. Shannon is innovative, incredibly attentive, and always willing to talk through a variety of ideas. Shannon listened to all of our hopes and wishes for the new kitchen and came up with a design that we never would have thought of on our own. I had my kitchen fully remodeled by Shannon and her husband, the entire process was a blessing from start to finish. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. Not only could they help me in making my dream kitchen but to top it off her store has/had every little trinket imaginable to pick out and pair ( for every room) and give it the finishing touch i was looking for! I have worked with Freeborn + Company on both personal and professional projects. Shannon has worked with me on projects for Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ontario on multiple occasions. We have completed two bedroom makeovers for two young wish kids, and she has also generously donated prizes for our fundraising events. Shannon is an incredibly hard working, driven individual who creates stunning spaces that are both beautiful and functional. I have also purchased a number of products from her shop that I was incredibly happy with. Her shop is a beautiful and welcoming space where you can take the time to check out the unique decor she has available for purchase. She also puts on fantastic events for people in the community, like her Christmas urn classes. She is an incredibly resourceful person, who uses her passion for creating and design to bring to life a stunning outcome in each project she works on. I highly recommend following her on social media, to see her projects from start to finish, learn tips and be inspired! If you are looking to revamp your home or shop for unique decor finds, she is your girl!

When looking for a kitchen we explored ALL options. I would look at Freeborn & Co’s Instagram page for design inspiration, assuming it was way out of our financial reach. I decided to get a quote and am so happy I did.

Shannon worked within our budget and offered invaluable advice on where to splurge and where to save. She made use of every square inch of space and turned our small kitchen into my storage dream. I wouldn’t change a thing.

She also made sure we were happy with everything from start to finish and she always ensured everyone involved was giving 100%.

We recently gutted our kitchen and had Freeborn + Company do the design and build of a new one; including a giant island that we had always hoped for, but never thought would work with our layout.
Building a custom kitchen is always overwhelming, but the experience and professionalism of Shannon, Agata, Teara, and Devin made the entire process stress-free.
From design to finish, they take into account all the minor details of making things beautiful and perfect. And they work with the client to make sure it's all completed within budget, while exceeding expectations.
We now have a gorgeous kitchen, with that giant island, and have had many compliments from friends and family.

Her kitchens, shop and new clothing line are beyond beautiful( I can’t get enough.. you can never have too many clothing pieces or adorable home decor items from here). Shannon and team have been nothing short of incredible. I used FCO for a kitchen in a rental unit and Shannon came up with the perfect fit! Practical, high quality, budget friendly and overall a very aesthetically pleasing design. The install went fast and the experience in its entirety was pleasant. I have full confidence in Shannon’s ability to carry out any project and exceed anyone’s expectations!

Where do I start? You often hear that going through a kitchen renovation is a difficult task, living in a renovation even harder! I read it makes you miserable! All lies. As a matter of fact, it was awesome (a little inconvenient at times, nobody likes doing dishes in a laundry tub...nonetheless...still awesome). All you need to do is find the right company, the right person actually... Freeborn & Co is exactly that - the right person running the right company. From start to finish the experience of renovating our kitchen was amazing. Shannon knows what she is doing and has the most professional, skilled and conscientious team in the business. You don't have to look any further for you kitchen design/renovation/installation needs, she is a genius. Genius.

Shannon is amazing to work with and so happy we had her help us with a final unit needed in our house. She took a design we saw and altered it so it would work, fit and reflect our style in our space.
The unit is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we imagined. Would recommend to everyone.

Have been in this beautiful store numerous times and always find Shannon to be helpful and knowledgeable. She has an amazing eye for detail. Even if you aren't looking for a remodel go in and see the other artistic ideas and items she has in stock.

Shop was absolutely beautiful and @cookingwithbetta class is def a must! Great night with a great atmosphere! Girls night or couples night for a great meal with cute shopping is def something everyone should check out !
