From the very start I could tell we were going to have an excellent experience. George S provided thoughtful advice on design and demonstrated patience and empathy during our design iterations. He was flexible with a variety of in person and virtual meetings. He is a highly skilled designer and quick with responses to requests or questions.

Later in the process, we interacted with a few more team members organized by Andrea W. Communication was frequent and clear, always providing just enough detail and contacted for follow up after visits. When we faced one small road bump, the team was quick to act and Andrea immediately contacted me. With quick troubleshooting, we were able to solve the problem with minimal issue.

I am so impressed with the quality, customer service, design skill, measurement skills, carpentry skill from this entire team. A++. Highly recommend.

We built a new house which would normally be considered higher end. In this day and age when good workmanship was a thing of the past and rushed sloppy work is the norm, I can say the only perfect part of our home was the GCW kitchen (and bathrooms). Amazing quality and customer service. Dave was super knowledgeable and nice to work with and we always looked forward to meeting. Large or small issues will be promptly addressed. I would build with them again any day.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from GCW. They have always taken our concerns into consideration and tried to rectify any issues that came up with the cabinetry that were installed in our kitchen. I must say I really like their collaborative approach and attentiveness. Their employees seem to really care about their customers as well as each other and it shows in their team work. Tina and Rich have been great to communicate with. I would really recommend them to all our friends and family.

We did a lot of research and obtained 5 quotes. We are very pleased we picked GCW. We absolutely love our new kitchen, laundry rm & small bathroom. We waited 44 years for this Reno! We love our 10 foot x 4 foot island. We have no kitchen table now. I am so pleased we went with this. We can’t thank the team enough at GCW. Special thanks to: Beth for all her hard work with the designs/suggestions; John with quality walk through; Daryl installer; service team Andrea, Mark and Dave and of course the individuals that built our cupboards. There were a couple of service adjustments that needed to be done. The service department has been excellent to deal with. GCW stands behind their work and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We highly recommend them.

We just finished having our kitchen installed and we LOVE! We worked with Karen and she was professional, friendly, quick to respond to questions and just made the whole process very pleasant! We also had a very talented installer, Luke. Even during the whole pandemic, they were still able to move forward with our kitchen safely (which was already in process) we used Progressive quartz counters and they just complete the whole look. Our old kitchen was only 9 years old as we built home... but the quality of GCW and the custom fit to our space is incredible!!
We did whole kichen (kept old island base and repainted as it was still perfect size...BUT the quality of GCW is far superior ) and a seating bench by dining table. It fits like it was made for there!
Highly recommend. We looked at a few options but this was by far our first choice!

Very informative… very helpful and they have plenty of ideas and sample to choose from. As of yet we haven’t gone as far as ordering our new kitchen (still planning etc) but we are definitely going to go with us company when we do! Our daughter had GCW do their kitchen and it is amazing!! They are so happy with it!!
