Toujours très bon service impeccable

Disappointing service recently. I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership and had all my servicing done by them over the years. I was always very satisfied until my recent service experience where several deficiencies occurred. I filled out their usual survey online and informed them of my concerns. I have always enjoyed awarding 5* in the past, but not this time. The service personnel called me and rather aggressively proposed an appointment to rectify the problems, specifically the AC verification. There was no apology offered and he was not at all contrite. I informed him that, although I am very satisfied with Honda vehicles, I will not be doing business with them again. Unfortunately for them, I was just at the dealership a few weeks ago considering to buy a new vehicle.
