Violet Bloom's Fresh Flowers

Got married in October and chose Violet blooms to do my flowers. The owner and staff were great with communication and I did not have much of an idea of what I wanted only the colours I was hoping to have. The owner was so knowledgeable and had a book to show me different options of flowers. I found the prices extremely affordable and my flowers look beautiful! The entire day I kept repeating how much I loved my bouquet, it was absolutely perfect. The corsages and boutonnières were beautiful and everything matched so well and looked so cohesive. Not to mentioned they lasted a couple weeks after the wedding. The quality of the flowers they use are amazing and I could not recommend them enough for your events!

I am not from Pickering so when my son-in-law recommended Violet Blooms to purchase flowers for my daughter's baby shower; he was spot on! Kali was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone loved the flowers. They were gorgeous!!! I recommend if you need flowers for any special event; run, don't walk to Violet Blooms. Thanks again Kali and staff.

My husband and I were to initially get married in August, however due to my father's rapidly declining health, we had to move our wedding up to April 8th.

Kali, from Day 1, was so incredibly helpful, attentive and made sure our needs were met without having to spend unnecessary money.

I am so super thrilled with our floral arrangements. At this time, I only have pictures of a few pieces - The arch, our head table, etc. But I'm hoping to upload more pictures soon.

I spoke on the phone with a very friendly and professional person.
I gave some directions as to what I kind of wanted and WOW!!!!!
They accommodated my late-ish same day delivery request and my friend said “it’s the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen” :D

Violet Blooms went above and beyond for our recent wedding. Kali brought our flower vision and dreams to reality and we are still in awe of her beautiful work. Our plans changed several times throughout this entire process due to the pandemic, but they were understanding, worked with us through those changes and provided excellent service. Our set up was gorgeous and we are over the moon happy with how everything came together.

I wish I could give Violet Bloom's 100 stars! I was putting together some care packages for my team and they went above and beyond. They stayed within budget, put together a gorgeous arrangement for each team member, and packed each one individually. I would highly recommend ordering your flowers from here.

Picked up some gorgeous blooms on the way to my grandma’s for Easter , and a week later I hear they are still looking fantastic! There was a lot of beautiful selection and it was so convenient for them to be open on Easter Sunday , as I wanted fresh flowers ! Friendly service and lovely arrangements.

Ordered one year subscription of a fresh cut flower arrangement to be picked up every month. The bouquets have been beautiful, plentiful and long lasting. Everybody we've dealt with at the shop has been knowledgeable and very friendly. I've had 'sub par' experiences with other florists over the years, so I'm happy I gave Violet Blooms a chance. I highly recommend....oh and my wife is happy too.

Local flower shop closed for holidays & I called Violet Blooms. Spoke with Kali who said she could put together an arrangement within my budget. It was beautiful & colourful! Sweet shop. Highly recommend.

Not only are the designers on site friendly and kind they also have years of experience and professional training in the florist industry and truly care about their customers and the flowers. Their staff is all lovely and very helpful. Best place for flowers in Pickering and Durham Region!

You can't go wrong with this shop. The quality of flowers is always top notch. Compared to FTD, this place is better priced and way better quality!

I ordered my wedding flowers from Violet Bloom's Fresh Flowers and they were absolutely stunning! Kim was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me with my original design and kindly accommodated some last minute changes. The quality of the flowers was spectacular. My bridal bouquet had a beautiful mix of flowers. I kept my bridal bouquet for almost two weeks after my wedding and had my centre pieces for almost as long. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality and I would use them again in a heartbeat! I found them because someone had gifted me flowers for my birthday a year earlier and that bouquet was also the most stunning bouquet I had ever seen!

I received an arrangement for Valentine’s Day and some of the flowers were damaged and had broken off. While the arrangement was still lovely, I emailed Violet Blooms just to make them aware of the damage. I received a phone call back right away and was told that someone would swing by to deliver a few new lilies to replace the damaged ones and fill out the rest of the arrangement. A very unexpected gesture and great customer service!

Violet Blooms did all of our flowers for our wedding, they did an outstanding job! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful, as were my bridesmaid bouquets, our mother's coursages and all boutonnières. My mom provided Kim with a colour swatch and she perfectly matched the roses! We had baby's breath & gladiola's to go in two urns at our ceremony, all flowers were exactly the same length, all opened and looked incredible! We also had a garland mixed with baby's breathe and roses, which again looked fantastic! Kim did a fantastic job, I will be sure to recommend them! :)
