Love, love Edible Arrangements! Anyone I’ve sent a package to so far has been thrilled! I’ve sent fruit and flowers, a fruit basket and chocolate dipped fruit and everyone has been so pleased with their gifts! AND for your own Birthday they give you a 12 count fruit of your choice selection! How sweet is that??!! Never disappointed with Edible Arrangements.

The owner and individual who prepared the bouquet were fantastic. I was uncertain if I would be able to obtain this gift of gratitude for my friend. Edible Arrangements made it happen with fresh fruits in a beautiful looking bouquet. It was a fantastic experience.

I'd ordered the doves and daisies fruit bouquet for a friend. I called the location to reconfirm the order and they were very friendly and polite.
Upon pick-up at the store, the bouquet was ready and looked beautiful. We were very impressed with it!
Glad to also have a convenient location to pick-up from.
Customer-service here is really good. I would highly recommend this location.

Honestly the friendliest service I've ever had! I had ordered a birthday set as a surprise but my friend was not available when the delivery happened, and so the box was returned to the store. The manager himself called me and offered to deliver it himself because he didn't want my friend to miss out on getting the delivery in time! So kind, sincere, and genuinely wanting the best experience for customers and their special occasions!!! This is exactly what I want from a business that helps me celebrate the people I love, even during a pandemic when we're all separated! Thank you so much & Keep up the fantastic work!

I ordered an arrangement yesterday to be delivered the same day. The family friend who the arrangement was ordered for was not home at the time of delivery. This store did not stop in attempting to contact him. The recipient received arrangement and was overwhelmed at how beautiful and tasty the arrangement was. I had ordered the Swizzle Berries box along with a Happy Birthday balloon for a friend a day before her birthday. They were able to deliver the order to her house the next morning (day of her birthday). Fast service and the package looked amazing. Will definitely be ordering again!

Received chocolate covered strawberries. The fruit was ripe and juicy. Largest strawberries ever. The chocolate was not too sweet and not too bitter. I've ordered from them in the past and have received many edible arrangements as well. I have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work.

We have ordered from this location multiple times for multiple occasions. We love ordering their fruit covered chocolate boxes, as well as their fruit bouquets. We find that the fruit is always fresh and the presentation of the products have always been excellent. We have now started sending edible arrangements instead of other gifts as they are always well received.

Great crowd pleasers for any event and great gift ideas for your loved ones! Sent an anniversary arrangement for my sister and she LOVED it! The fresh fruit and chocolate dipped strawberries, dipped apples and dipped pineapples were delicious! Even my mother in law ordered a few fruit platters and arrangements for thanksgiving! I definitely would recommend this!

This store reflects the highest customer satisfaction! I requested to hand it personally to my sister as it was a surprise birthday gift. And by bypassing everyone else, they personally handed it to my sister. The products were in excellent condition. I’m beyond words. They truly deserve all the stars, and if I can give them a constellation then I will.

I had ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday party and was more than pleased with the service I was given. The basket was beautifully designed, the fruit was fresh, the chocolate was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Definitely will be ordering a basket for my next get together. Though I was misinformed about what days this location would be open (I called ahead of time and was told they would be open on Canada Day but they were going to close), it was all worked out when Masi called me to offer free delivery on my day of choice or to leave my arrangement next door at the Circle K. And when the balloon I ordered wasn't there, I was promptly given a refund. Though there were a few bumps in my delivery I was very happy with the quality of my arrangement and the compromise from the Edible Arrangements Pickering team!

Above and Beyond! I had sent an arrangement that I found out after one month that if wasn't received...I called the store to find out what had happened. After looking into the situation they found out I entered the house number wrong and incorrectly entered my email...yes I was wrong!!! They still honoured my order and after one month drove out again to the right address and delivered another arrangement. I am speechless and humbled that people genuinely take pride in their business and their customers. Thank you for correcting my mistake.
