Excellent fast service from end to end! I ordered 2 flower arrangements and they were BEAUTIFUL (came out better than the pics I chose from)!!! I appreciated the fast follow up emails from head office as I didnt provide all the required info. They also worked behind the scenes and made phone calls on my behalf to make sure the arrangements arrived on time for the service. Thank you to the Reed's team! Highly recommend!!

I visited the Pickering Town Centre Reed's location in search of flowers to gift for a birthday. The associate who helped me was lovely (Wish I had gotten her name). She made recommendations, helped me place my online order for delivery, and assured me that the "Designer's choice" bouquet would be beautiful. The recipient of the flowers was blown away, and expressed how much she loved them. Thank you for your excellent service and thank you to the Reed's florist at the Ajax location for designing a top- tier bouquet of flowers.

The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful. They have been great with last minute requests as well.

The Pickering mall was locked down due to a fire alarm and we couldn’t get our pre-ordered flowers before the mall closed (for a funeral the next morning). The owner of the store responded to my desperate email and assured my family that he would get our flowers to us early the next day, before the mall even opened, so we could get them in time for the funeral. I am hopeful they would have reached out to me even if I hadn’t sent that email.

Not only did he keep his promise, the floral arrangements were perfectly done as requested! If they didn’t have empathy and make the extra effort, it would have been a very disappointing experience. Thankfully the opposite happened!

The night before Mom's Funeral out of town our large flower order was cancelled due to issues beyond our control. Most Florists were closed but Reeds were open and after I read that they were a local Family owned Business since 1912 with a large inventory of fresh flowers and just about everything you could need from a florist, I had to call. The employee (Jennifer) was Amazing, not only was she sympathetic and understanding but very thorough by adding notes to each set of flowers so they had the sentiment we wanted. Even taking down the paragraphs of sentiment our family members wanted on the various cards. She quickly & efficiently helped me without making me feel rushed. The next day the flowers were all there when we arrived at the Funeral home and each item was stunning. The entire family was impressed with their flowers and how quickly they filled this very large order. They will get a lot of business from the entire family in the future. D Bryant

I was satisfied with Reeds florist services at home and abroad

I decided on Reed's Florists on impulse as it is in the mall. The flowers I ordered were delivered promptly on schedule and the delivery person, as requested, knocked loudly enough to be heard in the home office (so I was told). The bouquet was lovely and well presented and all of the flowers of excellent quality.

Ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my Cousin's 60th in the UK from the Pickering Store, the process was very simple.

My husband just went there with our two young children to pick out some Valentine's flowers for me, the woman working there today obviously loved her job and went above and beyond to ensure my kids were happy with the arrangement they picked out. The quality of the flowers looks excellent, and my daughter was so excited to give me a very cool looking rainbow rose.

Got a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my mother's. birthday I saw an arrangement online but they didn't do arrangements at this location. But that was okay. The florist there was able to make a bouquet for me of similar flowers and more full since I wasn't ordering online. I was able to save on fees. I arranged it when I got home in one of my mother's vases. She was super happy. Thank you!
