I went through the drive-thru today. I was served by the nicest employee that I have ever met in any fast food franchise. His first name is Dylan. I just want to give a shout out, and if any of the managers from that store happen to see this comment, please know that your employee Dylan is really wonderful. I am a manager myself, and if he was my employee I would definitely give him a raise. He was very professional, prepared my order in a very timely manner and had great customer service skills. 10/10. Also just to mention, I love coming to this Tim Hortons because I find them very efficient. Of course, sometimes there is a long lineup, but I find the store very organized from a customer perspective.

Amazing staff amazing coffee

The customer service is very kind , there is a employee that always shines her smile each time she sees us , always does her job fast and does the order properly. The name of this employee is Laila . I am proud to say this is the best tim Hortons I have ever been to .

I went drive thru and they were so fast even if there was a big line up. I went around 10am and i ordered an ice cap with a breakfast sandwich
