Tim Hortons

Everyone is still working hard into the winter. Still though, it is as if it is an open door, streetside, mental health facility. The city needs to shelter people in shelters, not fling them to Circle K and Tims.

Store is kept in amazing condition TDL standards. Crew communicate in a friendly manner and they have fun. It truly shows that every employee i have met ane i come in often enough that every single one of them take pride in their work while having fun. Keep it up

I just wanted to take a moment and Thank all the employees that work at this location. Also wanted to speak to the owner. I truly feel the employees here should receive a bonus, the abuse that they receive on a daily basis is disgusting. They always deal with it professionally. I was just in there and a horrible customer (messed out of his mind) threw coffee on the floor, got it all over me.
Just carried on swearing and yelling until the police came in to remove him.
Honestly.. I appreciate this Tim hortons, I live downtown in a highrise on King by Budweiser Gardens, and I come every morning and grab a coffee.

A Tim Hortons for the college students, business persons, tourists, and most touching of all-the homeless and drug addicts. They treat all with respect. Good job Tim Horton staff for an empathetic approach in a rough hood! God bless you'll. :)

Be warned, they do not have bathrooms or seating any longer (which is a pain for me but probably a godsend for the workers). A very quick and reliable Tim Hortons for service. Fairly consistent product quality. Usually quite busy.

It seems to me to be a training facility for Tim Hortons or something every time I go in there it seems that they're training a new girl or a new guy and that's cool everybody has to start somewhere and the service you do get there is still excellent everything is always fresh and you get a smile too.....

This Tim Hortons location have the best group of staff - they have to work in a tough part of town, with a tough crowd of customers on a regular basis. Every time I go in to the store, though, the staff are always friendly and in a good mood. It takes a special person to be able to thrive in a busy, stressful environment like downtown, but the staff at this Tim Hortons do an excellent job.

Fantastic service every time I walk in. Has become my main Tims since moving downtown. Staff always have a smile and treat me very well, talk me up about my day and wish me well on the way out. I give them all the credit in the world for sometimes having a bit of an attitude, I can assure you working in a store with interesting clientele at some points can be a hassle

amazing service. i called them cause i wanted a hashbrown with my ice cap off uber when it wasn’t available and some lovely lady made my morning by updating the uber eats menu. i love whoever did that for me .

There is a tim hortons with a drive thru a couple blocks away on York st.

This joint is quite close to the London, Ontario VIA train station, so Everytime i need to catch the train to Toronto downtown, I great a bite from this place. The place is clean and the staff is decent and polite. They always serve with a smile! I've just ordered the best double double ever once again!

I feel so sorry for the staff at this location 174 Dundas London just spent 10 minutes in line because of the same homeless person keeps giving them a hard time. So kudos to the staff at Tim Hortons 174 Dundas for keeping their cool.

My one stop shop for all my coffee needs everyday. Love this location staff are super friendly. Remember the daily regulars and their orders. And even when a long line no more than a 5 min wait. Love this location keep it up

I don't know who was on the sandwich station today ( Mar.4.2019), but whoever it was made my breakfast look like a piece of art. This thing was constructed so well that I turned it upside down just to see if anything would fall out. Big round of applause to whoever made it, you need a raise.

Staff is really polite. They will make you feel like you are asking for food from like your family member. I will recommend to go this location and you will definitely come out with smile on your face

Love this location to get that quick bite or sitting down. This is usually a busy place but the layout is designed so well that if you do decide to sit, you will not be disturbed by the amount of foot traffic that passes through.

Always my morning go to. Clean, fast service and friendly atmospere.

Place is fast paced...they know me here and never need to repeat my order they usually have it all ready for me as soon as I'm seen. Staff is amazing as well.

The evening girls are honestly so awesome and accomodating!
I always get friendly fast service and the team really goes above and beyond for their customers!
