What I like most is the fast response and the anytime attitude as we sometimes have issues after normal working hours. They asked what programs we use, and Mitchell 1 is the biggest one, and Korey took the time to learn how it works in conjunction with our business and has helped us out many times when the system crashes. The other thing I want to mention is having a company that will take care of your system needs even if its hardware or software is hard to find. The keep us up to day and provide us with fair pricing when we want to either upgrade or add storage.

I hired Korey to run Ethernet in my house. The work was incredibly well done so that you can't see the wires anywhere. He cleaned up the small amount of mess that he needed to make and only cut into the wall when it was necessary. Would highly recommend!

Connect Pros have been helping to get our systems on line and problem free for the last few years. If a problem occurs they either fix it from their location or send someone out and get us back up and running. What surprises me most is how we can spend so much time trying to solve and issue, even with the help of others, yet they come out in and in 30 minutes or less they have things back up!!!! Good Job, and we are very happy with how professional, and cost Effective they have been.
