Tim Hortons

I have been a user of Timmies since its inception in BC and have dropped in for coffee/tea/meals all across Western Canada - BC,AB and Sask.all year long since 1995. The service has always been excellent and quality superb.

Service is not too good I was parked there first about 1min and another truck drove up and they took his order first not fair but the tea was good

LYKA IN TRAINING IS DOING GREAT . SPEAKS SO RESPECTFULLY SHOULD BE PROMOTED ASAP .

Just visited this Timmie’s. As a transport driver, I visit a lot of them. Service here was polite and fast, restaurant was clean, and they have blueberry doughnuts #bringbackblueberry. They also have glazed doughnuts, both sour cream and blueberry, that are “glazed” instead of “drowned”. #sourcreamplain #blueberryplain. Thanks for that. Breakfast wrap was neatly made, wish they still used the cardboard sleeves, those were more convenient and didn’t stick to the wrap like the paper sometimes does. Bagel was toasted just right, not burnt. I’ll detour to hit this Timmie’s in future.

Went back today. Coffee still good, blueberry still here, service still excellent, but they went back to over-glazing the doughnuts. I know a lot of folks are sugar junkies, but I’d rather taste the doughnut, there’s already tons of sugar in it. Management, please bring back plain versions, non-glazed. I think they’d sell well. I’d buy them, at least.

This Tim Hortons is spacious and well laid out. Staff were friendly and the service was fast 😊

Every time I go to Westlock Tim Horton I am called by my given name!! They know what I order each time. To have that level of service feels absolutely amazing!! Thank you for your attention and service everyone!

Got lost in a snow storm and wound up at Tim Hortons in Westlock, when I should have been in Edmonton. Even though it was late in the day, my order was fresh, service was great and washroom was immaculate. Could not ask for more.

Had some chilly but they should thicken it

I don't usually drink alot of coffee but sometimes a coffee and doughnut hits the spot when your lips are cold in alberta

westlock timhortons is a great place. we can get everything like hot drinks, lunch, and healthy snacks, staff is very friendly. service is very good and fast.

The mid afternoon staff on Sunday, October 3rd were fantastic and you should be so proud of them.

They are very polite and the service is great! Only went through the drive way.
