Kerri's Cafe and Bakery Inc.

Love stopping and having lunch at this cafe. We order lunch online in the morning when we travel up highway 44. There are line ups at lunch time so if you order online and have it prepaid, you can pick up your order at the cash. The food is terrific and always so fresh and homemade. The church is beautiful with high ceilings that lend to the downhome feeling. They also have 3 super clean washrooms which is great for travellers.

Staff are friendly and hard working. It's not McDonald's so you need to give them time to do their job.

That was the best simple breakfast I have ever had outside of Edmonton. It is worth the drive.

Quick service, great food and nice dining room. Ingredients are all fresh and good quality and the bread was superb.

Tried a turkey sandwich on sourdough - all future sandwiches I order will be held to this standard

What a great little place! The food is homemade with fresh ingredients and definitely made with love! Love taking the family here, worth every penny and full after for a while. Butter horn mini croissant things I could eat 1000 of those....don't skip put on those after your meal!

We we're enthusiastically directed by a local to eat at Kerri's & we weren't disappointed. I ordered a brewed coffee and the Artisan French toast, which was delicious. The atmosphere was cool being a renovated church with a fresh modern style. Love love love 👌

Stopped by on my way home to Whitecourt for a sandwich and tea to go. Service was awesome! When I opened my sandwich and saw what I’d received, the first words out of my mouth was “Wow.” The sandwich visually was impressive. Then I tried it and within 2 bites had already started planning my next road trip so I could come back and try more items. Really wishing I’d grabbed a baked good or two for desert given how awesome the sandwich was. Tried the baked apple tea and it was great as well.

What a great find! A Bakery/Cafe in an old church, such a gorgeous setting, complete with stained glass. And even without being in such a beautiful place, the poppy seed roll and latte were enough to make the visit to this charming place very enjoyable.
The service upstairs in the Cafe and downstairs in the bakery was excellent, staff was so friendly!
And the delicious fresh pagnotta bread made an amazing addition to a cheese fondue!

Great food and awesome atmosphere great service price is fair for the size of portion need to go try other dishes

The ladies at Kerri's are always so kind and helpful. I love their sandwiches - salmon salad and grilled ham and cheese are delicious! My go-to is the egg salad sandwich, but you definitely need a spoon to scoop up the yummy egg salad that will inevitably fall out! 🤣 The little cheesecake bites are divine - try the peppermint mocha twist if you can. And they make the best London Fog drink. It's worth the stop if you're in the Westlock area!

Long lineup at lunch but it's worth it. I had the Kerris Special ham and cheese melt. You get to pick your own bread, cheese, and veggies.

With a cafe upstairs and a bakery downstairs this is a gem in the prairies.

The sandwiches we had when visiting were fantastic. The bread was so soft and fresh, the meat (turkey and roast beef) were splendid, and the sauces were a great accompaniment.

To finish it off the desserts were perfect. The Nanaimo bar cheesecake and banana pie tart were great.

We will be back and will take visitors from the area out here to have a unique experience.

Make time and visit them when you have a chance.

Amazing quality food. Great space, and incredible owner. What a sweetheart. We came in for my friends birthday and she gifted her a tart completed with a birthday candle. We had such a lovely lunch date and can’t wait to go back. Only thing I would say is the younger girl who took the order needs to have better customer service and cheer up a bit! But the owners attitude saved that one hiccup. TRY IT. We also bought fresh bread and other fun things in the basement store. Awesome.

Travelling day found us in Westlock for lunchand a quick Google search led us to choose this lovely renovated church.
We both had roast turkey sandwiches and the Italian wedding soup. The bread(you can choose from several options) was fresh and delicious as was the entire lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Eat here if you get an opportunity! We purchased some bread from the onsite bakery and look forward to enjoying it later.

Had their roast beef sandwich - the bread was so yummy and fresh. Portion was huge too. I could have easily shared half with my wife.

In town for a couple days and decided to have breakfast from Kerri’s cafe and I am certainly glad I did. I would have taken a picture of my French toast but it smelled and tasted so good I’ve already eaten it all. Everything is fresh and they were also super nice there as well. Can’t wait to try the sourdough I got from their bakery. It’s a Beautiful open cafe upstairs and wonderful bakery downstairs with other goodies as well. Definitely recommend stopping in I know I’ll be back.

We do not come to Westlock often but are here a few times a year for kids sports. Normally we go to the usual chain establishments on the way in or out. We were here for a tournament this particular weekend and looked up local coffee shops only to find this beauty.
The baking goods were amazing and the food was delicious. The coffees and milkshakes were incredible.
This is so worth getting a little off the beaten path if coming to Westlock.

Great cafe. Pleasant and very friendly staff, freshly made sandwiches, awesome deserts and baked goodies. This is a must stop when I’m the area.

Old church vibe and organ definitely add to the place. Staff was friendly.
Pricing for specialty drinks a bit excessive we felt. Cappuccino was hot and tasty.
Grabbed a loaf of Italian bread from the bakery in my last visit and it was not only delicious but very fairly!

Wonderful place to have lunch! Excellent homemade soup and sandwiches. Bakery downstairs is fabulous! Definitely will stop there again.
