Amazing store! While my son and I were shopping and he hurt himself. The assistant manager, Gregory (I think that was his name!) was so so so kind. He checked on my son and made nice conversation with him to get him to stop crying. He also treated him to a kinder surprise. This is top notch customer service and he should be recognized!

This is the main grocery store in town ..nice big store ,affordable prices..very friendly and helpful staff .my main shopping place .

I was looking for some Raw Sugar and asked a young lady if I had the right stuff but I didn't so she showed me where it was, as well as some other things I wanted. She was very courteous and pleasant. If this is what I can look forward to receiving I'll definitely be back.

Great deals. Isles are alil thin but it's old so was built for sizes then not now. Also means it has stuff I cannot find anywhere anymore like this specific spaghetti I grew up on. Friendly staff who do not bug you with Those questions but instead are able to be themselves are placed well that when you do have a question you can actually find someone to ask.

Very pleased. I am having pain issues.
The staff was extremely helpful , took my groceries to the truck loaded them, and made sure i got in ok.
Someone asked if i was local , and ordered to follow me home and make sure groceries and i got into the house ok.

But i live an hr away. Very nice gesture, though

I went in to grab a sub, salad and some pop...I drink Pop Shoppe pop
..I'm.very selective and I grabbed a Faygo.
I was asked if i could be helped, i said Pop Shoppe lol, the lady didnt know so she asked another lady, she knew what it was and was happy to guide me over to the greatest selection of Pop Shoppe pop.. I wanted to take pics for the store but i hadn't been there since installing the Fibre optics for the town in 2014 and 2015. I had roughly 40 guys running around town and staying in the hotels for months at a time

I can find everything at this store its great and its all decently cheap

The best staff! Anybody I have ever asked of where to find something actually walks me right to that product instead of just telling me which isle. Super happy friendly staff. I love shopping there.

One of my favorite stores to shop, great customer service good saving promotions in the store , as well big selection of groceries items fresh produce and vegetables, staff is really friendly and ready to help if you're looking for something, also I get my air miles points program every time I make a purchase on the store

There is plenty of Free Parking & Handicap Parking. This store has wheelchair access, & Public washrooms are available.
The staff here are Super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help you find the merchandise you're looking for !!

Was in Westlock.. popped in to grab fresh baked goods.. wasn't sure what they'd have.. was great selection and very nice inside. Got couple things for the road while I was there too
