Plato's Closet, Pickering.

This place is fantastic; it's the best location I've visited, and I've traveled around the GTA from west to Brampton to the north in Newmarket.

The quality is exceptional man every time I go I leave with something and I am a picky guy! The store is twice the size of regular locations. So that is likely why the quality is higher than all other GTA locations.

The service is also outstanding from both the owner and the staff. You can tell a place is well-run when the boss isn't around, and I receive the same excellent experience. You can sense the passion of the people working there and see how hard they work from top to bottom of management, which speaks volumes on how the place is run and enhances the experience thats keeps me coming back. Everyone from the boss to the staff is always nice and helpful to me.

I am bringing my siblings to shop for an upcoming trip, because the quality is great and I like doing business with great people.

Great staff, and good variety of options available. The staff at this location definitely are much better than some of their other locations. I sometimes receive text messages for new offers and deals, and this is my preferred location! Plenty of parking available too!

Just visited the Pickering location, found some awesome deals! For example these very cute blue lululemon pants for only $35, the store is huge and spotless, they also have tons of stuff. I would like to thank Julian and his staff for the awesome customer service! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service at the counter, however they got my items mixed up and although they took none of what I brought in, I walked away with 2 additional items which seem like new stuff. Somehow a few items from someone else's bag were mixed into mine. They were kind enough to check the footage but could not identify where the two additional items entered my bag. Thank you.

Took in a bunch of clothes and a decent amount were taken for a good other in my opinion. The conditions and reasons for choosing clothes to buy from you makes sense. Also, I love the concept that people can buy these clothes at a discount price and that they buy used clothing.

every time i come to this store they lift 50% of the weight off my bins. the employees are also very punctual. i’ve been to other platos and none go as hard as this one. god bless

Great prices. Be prepared to sift, but you can find some gems. Staff is friendly, too.

Good experience selling today. In reading some of the reviews I think people have too high of expectations of how much money you will make selling. Obviously you aren’t going to get as much as you would selling online because you are using a third party but the whole point is it is more convenient than trying to sell everything yourself. I was offered a very fair amount for the clothing I brought in and it saved me the trouble of trying to sell online.

I went in not expecting much but when I met one of your staff members, Ren, I realized what customer service looks like. I never leave reviews but my experience here was incredible I couldn't help but share. She was lovely. Helped me pick out 3 new outfits and even was able to get me discount on my next purchase. She explained the rewards program as well as the buy process so well as it was very easy to understand. For such a small person she has such a huge and bright personality! I will definitely be back to explore the rest of this huge store and hope to meet the rest of the lovely staff. I see the boss reads comments so I just wanted to let him know how outstanding Ren is!

I Visited this store today for the first time , i brought in about 3 bins of clothing folded and ready to sell them , some were new with tags and some were not . After reading some reviews aswell as my platos experience at another store i experienced before i was a bit skeptical on how things would go . The girls there were very nice , they took about 20-30 minute to look at all my stuff , so i was very happy it didn't take too long . They bought most of my things ( Jeans , Tops , purses) . I believe that things that get passed away really is due to what sells the best in the store and the condition of clothing , because most of mine they took with no problems :) . I am Very happy With my experience today and i will definetly be back !

I love this location and they're not even open to sell yet! Today they purchased my TNA winter coat that I no longer wear, for a reasonable price.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, and do a great job at explaining reasons behind their decisions. Don't listen to the bad reviews, these girls (and guys) are trained to know what to buy into the store, so if they don't take something, it's always due to a justified reason!

Visited this store for the first time yesterday. I brought in some items that I don't use anymore to sell. They brought 10 items from me and I was happy with the $ I received for them. Process was very smooth, you sign in your items and can track where its at. They send you a text message once the items have been processed. I went on a weekday and the process took around 1 hr. Staff was very attentive and explained the process well.

Brampton is my favorite location, but this is a hidden gem! Huge space, amazing staff, relaxed environment! Great selection of items, and huge change rooms! I think they are a fairly new location, so they're fully stocked. Definitely a 5 out of 5 :)

Staff was very pleasant. I met with Nikki last week and she was so polite and explained everything very easily. I don’t understand why they are getting such bad reviews because I got exactly what I was looking for. Can’t wait until I shop there!!

1st time coming here as I heard about it from a friend & decided to bring in clothes that did not fit me cuz of.my weight loss. I was pleasantly surprised with the $$ I received. The staff that works here are terrific ! I'm glad a store like this is close by as I will do my shopping here !

I popped in the store and the first thing I noticed was how well organized and spacious it was. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Ive passed by here many times over the past several months always thinking it was a ladies fashion store but today i caught a glimpse of some mens items from the window and went inside. I ended up finding the mens section in the back corner. Not huge but there were a lot of nice items. Some fit me and i bought them and some i really wish they fit. The girls that work here are really nice and helpful and friendly esp the girl who was cashing me out and the girl who was running the change rooms ;)

I will def be coming back here now that i know they got some hidden gems for mens clothing and hope they grow the mens section larger as they become more popular. I also just found out there are other locations which i am going to be visiting as well.

Went to Plato's Closet in Pickering today to sell my clothes and had an amazing experience! Platos looked super clean and organized. Ren was super helpful and made my experience so amazing! She's so helpful and her energy was AMAZING. Ren if you see this you are the best :)

It wow ....everything is all arranged in order with clothing sm, med,large, extra large, extra extra large, 1x,2x,..i loved that ..it was great, purses, jackets, shorts, yoga pants, jeans ,dresses, track pants sweat hoodies, check it out beside staples..accross walmart plaza.. have fun shopping lots of cute clothes..😁👍.
