Great coffee and the energy balls are amazing. My 2 year old daughter loved the sausage rolls (the pastry is really good). Great service. Will definitely come again.

Great bakery! Close by the ferry to grab a quick sandwich or treat before launch. Service was lovely. Butter croissants are delish! Enjoyed their cinnamon buns as well, best served warm. You can get them with or without cream cheese icing. They also have coffee and an assortment of drinks. Their multi grain Sourdough bread is fresh, hearty and flavorful. A trip to the bakery is a must-do if you're on Galiano.

Great selection of baked items and the coffee is good too. Croissants are flaky and turnovers are perfect.

Lovely lil cafe. Coffee was great and the baked goods were delicious. And very warm staff—the woman helping us out complimented Sam on her clip which I'm pretty sure made her whole week.

Stopped in twice while staying a few. Nights on Galiano. Cute little bakery with quality made items, ranging from blueberry bar (great), lemon bar, date square (good size), Montreal panini sandwich (pictured), and curry soup with fresh made bun (pictured). Coffee was also decently good. Plan ahead though as open early but also close early afternoon (times depend on the day).

I travel often to the Gulf Islands, and remember this Bakery Cafe from when I lived on Galiano and happy its still going strong! Indeed, it is the ONLY place to go for coffee first thing in the morning (like 7 am which means the bakers clock in at 5 am ) ) except for drip coffee at the Garage There is always a line up , waiting for the OPEN sign to light up Inside it is basic, countertop seating, but incredible color photos of resident pods of Orcas are attractively displayed The staff is always smiling and friendly. Super friendly service and great food. A lovely place to grab a treat of a quick lunch. The coffee is worth making a stop in for too. It's a quick, easy walk from the ferry terminal after you've checked it. A little gem!

Delicious baked goodies, fresh products with good prices. We got the sausage roll which was very filled out, turkey and smoke beef sandwiches. My favorite one was the turkey. They have other options as soups, baggels, croissants, Nanaimo bar, cookies, muffins and more. Great option to take out if you are on a hurry to take the ferry as it is located very near. We went twice during our stay in the island last weekend and the lady was very friendly and attentive at all times.

We had a beautiful time at this bakery which is so reliably open when many places on the island aren’t. Taija was so sweet and hospitable during both our visits. The sandwiches and pastries are on point and the drinks so soothing. Would definitely come back when my sister and I next visit!

Amazing little place for a coffee and bite to eat, their sandwiches are amazing, Huge shout out to the awesome staff, thank you Fanny for the great tips, it was very much appreciated we saw some of the best scenery, the caves were amazing

Watermelon cucumber mint refresher hit the spot, great for a nice hot summer day! Salted caramel pretzel brownie was delish as well

The food is amazing but the service is even better. I eat here every time I catch the ferry back to Vancouver, and every time they are so cheerful no matter what time of day it is.

Absolutely AMAZING roast beef sandwiches!! I'm sure the others are good too, but I tried that one and it was so good I came back the next two days for the same thing again. So glad to have found it!

I called from AB with a (out of the ordinary) request and they not only obliged but went above and beyond to fulfill it. Rachelle was an absolute gem to have helped me out and the report back on the food was delicious. I'll be coming here every day next time I'm on the island! Great service and delicious food. Highly recommend

WOW. Amazing. Helpful and friendly. This is what a bakery should be. Quick and efficent. They ask EVERYONE if they want a coffee. Good marketing. Shows they care and want to make it happen. Great wraps and snacks. Good coffee, and tasty snacks. Would only eat here if I was to return to Galliano! Its awesome!

Stopped there a few times while staying on galiano island. Latte was great every time, tried the croissant, BlackBerry rhubarb scone and ham cheese croissant. Would recommend them all! Always fresh and tasty, opens early and muffins were still warm at 7:00 am. Friendly staff and a great morning stop.

Can I give a 6th star?!?! The southern gulf islands have a diamond hidden in plain sight. YOU MUST GO HERE if you are visiting the island. The ladies here are an absolute delight and super friendly. And, the pastries……just outstanding. My wife and I went a 5 times over three days.
