Update: Still one of the best Starbucks locations but, ffs every single day there is the same group of men who take up all the outdoor seating so that everyone else has to hope the one remaining table is available. Please put a time limit on this group - and I’m sure you know who they are. Give other patrons an opportunity to sit outside.

A shout-out to Abba first, who was taking refreshment orders yesterday afternoon. Smiles all round, polite, friendly, and helpful. The first person on staff in a business can make or break a customer’s opinion. Abba, you were great!

This Starbucks location on Oak Bay Avenue has been around for a long time. It’s usually quite busy at this location and, while there’s seating inside, there are also tables and chairs just outside the café, too, which, on a nice day is pleasant to watch the Avenue.

Fabulous cappuccino yesterday, good and strong, and pretty quick service.

Great Starbucks! Well designed, lovely decor with lots of great seating inside and a bit outside to watch the goings on down Oak Bay Ave. This is a reserve store with a clover brewing system, rare coffees and tons of food choices. Baristas are engaging and helpful, this is one of the best Starbucks in Greater Victoria, if not the best!

I loved my time at this store! this one barista was super super sweet to me and made me feel very welcome:) I came in from Sask. and we had a great conversation about travel! Thanks again to the team there for making my day

I love using the Starbucks app to order my coffee in the morning as I'm leaving my home, & I can just walk in a few minutes later, and just grab my coffee and turn around and leave!
It makes me happy every time, & they always get my custom white chocolate mocha order just right every time. Sweet.

Really kind staff and great social distancing at this location! My coffee tasted better than usual and I was really happy with this experience. Would definitely recommend them.

I love this Starbucks. The atmosphere is great and the employees are excellent. I’ve never had an order come out wrong and I’ve never had a bad experience. I love doing work here for hours at a time, and I don’t feel pressured to leave. This is really important to me as a student. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

Bustling coffee shop. Friendly staff and quality coffee. Always a lively place. Enjoy stopping by to people watch. It's great to watch happy people chatting and people getting together rather than a usual get your coffee and leave without a smile or taking to anyone.

I normally frequent small local coffee shops but received a gift card so decided to check this Starbucks out. Now I see why it's so busy. Charming staff who are genuinely so friendly really make this location shine. Clean, good layout, lots of seating inside and out. Convenient pickup by mobile order area as well if you prefer that option. And the Americanos are delicious. I'll be back even when the gift card runs out. Also, opens really early for the area - 6 am - another bonus.

It always makes my day coming into the Starbucks at Oak Bay and seeing the staff but in particular, Katherine & Syssilia. ❤ Both baristas are extraordinary humans who go out of their way to greet me, make me feel welcomed, and have my drink and food orders ready when I arrive. It’s the warmest feeling in the world entering the store and seeing their beautiful faces greet me. They are truly the loveliest people. I come to the shop with friends and the customer service is always excellent. Thank you to each barista for serving us customers with smiles on your faces and going above and beyond. You are rockstars! ⭐

Absolutely love this store! From all the Starbucks in town this one tastes the best. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Special shout-out to DJ and Sesilla for making our days and our coffees!

Nice staff, coffee and atmosphere!!

Had a very wonderful experience at this location today. Came in right before closing and ordered 4 drinks. All were made quickly and perfectly. Cudos to the barista Hannah, she did a wonderful job

I wish I had caught the ladies name that helped me I completely failed at doing that, BUT although all the staff was amazing, this young lady went above and beyond! I had searched almost every Starbucks in Victoria trying to track down a certian cup, at every cafe I went into I showed a picture and asked if they had them, sadly to no fault of the staff or cafe, there was not one to be found, UNTIL I walked into the Oak Bay cafe! They did not have one but the young barista offerred to call other locations for me and sure enough she found one! Long winded review I know, but truly this level of service is a few notches above Starbucks already impeccable service!

But where else am I going to wear my lumberjack shirt and beanie so people can see how edgy i am while typing on my my 1960's typewriter to write my article against capitalism while drinking my $6 coffee and Instagramming about it on my $1,500 iPhone.

Awesomeness.... I love Hot Lattes @ Starbucks! My Barista's are creative with the Latte Art they make for myself; as a customer, the extra little touch that stays with me & lightens up my Day! I'll remain a Loyal customer and Starbucks always succeeds in high Level of Customer Satisfaction, which exceeds other Choice Coffeehouses! Xo

Great Mocha Latte! Sweet street, the kind you wanna walk down and look in shop windows, go in and buy home goods, etc. Sun streaming in!! Air cool.... Leaves on trees tiring colors....

The employees at this location give such great customer service. They’re friendly, welcoming and almost always know what I’m going to order before I ask! :)

It there better coffee in Victoria? Yes.

But it's good coffee and a clean and efficient location with friendly staff.

Best coffee shop in Victoria - friendly and fantastic staff, great vibe and wonderful people. Relaxing environment to meet up with friends or have a casual business meeting.

Went in this morning for a coffee and the customer service was impressing.
