I just went there for the first time . I called and got an appt the same day, and ordered a new pair glasses. I was told it would be up to 2 weeks. I went on a Thursday and asked if there was anyway possible to get them by the end of the next week as I would be leaving town to visit my very sick brother. They didn't seem hopeful but said they would try . That's all I could ask for. I then received a call the following Wednesday and was told thy were ready!!! The service was 10/10. I would have said that even if the glasses were not ready as I understood the process. Thank you so much for the outstanding service . I will be back !!! 😄😄😄

Had headaches from a prescription. Error in the lens prescription not acknowledged for over month with multiple visits. Got a second opinion and found prescription was not correct. Getting free "blue select lenses" at no cost to me or the new place to get glasses,I choose on what the lens company calls on "compassionate grounds" because I have had so many problems the last two years with glasses that had been provided. A new place will now do the fitting of the frames and deal with any further adjustments or problems with the glasses for free. A little compassion goes a long way in this business. To bad I couldn't find it here.
