Unreal guru! Keeps you updated on your car. It may take 6-8 weeks. But it's built properly. No bubble gum put together. Only the best leaves the shops if there's a problem the entire engine comes back apart and they start over! If you love your Subaru. Take it to a Todd you won't regret it

Todd is beyond "God of subarus"
Customer service is beyond amazing,updates the customers regularly and his work is just flawless. He always makes sure that customers don't spend money on things they don't need and recommends the parts that would save them alot of money in the long run.. he encourages them to push the limits a little further gradually and keeps them motivated. I've never seen that before and I truely admire that!!! a business owner that actually HELPS his customers succeed at building their dream cars.

Todd at Ratchet Customs helped me out in a punch last minute when I had an urgent issue with my car. He was very knowledgeable and nice, and fixed my car issue at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
