Staff was so pleasant and professional, was greeted as well by the owner and chef! The atmosphere is so nice and when the food came out, I was treated to my first Risotto and it was marvelous! The food was an elevation of taste and I cannot wait to return and try the other options on the menu! Thank you for such a terrific experience!

I was honestly totally surprised at how great this place was. I thought a small town restaurant preparing high end meals was just another touristy money grab. Was I wrong. The food is reasonably priced and it is outstanding. I will absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone.
Hats off to the chef and wait staff as they were courteous and polite. We were there for lunch and I had a burger and salad. I have never experienced a burger like that in my 70 years on this planet. The house salad dressing is also amazing.

Superb lunch dinning experience: staff made us feel welcome, they provided plenty of information about the menu. Food was delicious; stuffed burger and risotto done to perfection. Meeting Winston was the cherry on the cake, he came to our table to thank us for complements on the food; he is very caring and welcoming host. We enjoyed our time at Chez Michel. Thank you to Chef Winston and staff. We will definitely go back to enjoy his food made with love!!!!!

One of the best salmon dishes I've had, hands down. Heard nothing but great things about this place and it did not disappoint one bit. The food was fresh, service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Can't wait to come back!

We came to Chez Michel for my father in law’s birthday. This was our first time visiting, but we’re all glad we did. Everything was so delicious. I had the steak frites. The steak was cooked to perfection and the gravy was so full of flavour, a perfect accompaniment to the steak and the frites.

Our server was really friendly and very attentive (I think her name was Marina, but I may have misheard 😓.) She knew the menu extensively and was able to recommend some great options (we tried the watermelon salad she suggested, which was great.) She even showed us the cool wine cellar behind the vault door and explained how the restaurant used to be a bank.

We drove 30 minutes to eat at Chez Michel
and it was well worth it. We’re definitely going back.

Amazing food, great staff and phenomenal chef! I highly recommend Chez Michel. We both had the Lobster Risotto it was a huge portion with tons of delicious lobster pieces you definitely won't leave hungry.

Wonderful dining experience. Drove from Toronto just to have lunch here and we weren’t disappointed. Excellent food, attentive and friendly service and reasonably priced ! Highly recommended.

We had the Brie phyllo appetizer, stuffed burger (spinach and feta), steak sandwich, omelette and triple layer, old-fashioned chocolate cake. Plus two Creemore lagers, one cappuccino and an apple juice - bill $150 for 3 people.

Extraordinary. We celebrated our 46-year Wedding anniversary at Chez Michel.
Executive Chef Winston prepared for us a 5-course meal complimented with a beverage
pairing for each course by Milynne. I rank this as a Michelin Star performance. The staff
are always ready to help, the premises are extremely clean, the atmosphere is lovely,
and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. Bravo! Chez Michel, you made
this a delightful evening for us.

UNREAL FOOD, seriously the food is so yummy. It’s also super cute and inviting inside. The staff is very nice and the experience overall is 10/10, would come here anytime for a great meal!

We came here after a hike for something before dinner. The French onion soup was full of flavour and not salty. The lobster bisque was smooth & creamy with rich notes of brandy. The escargot was good, lots of herbiness. And yes, the butter with the warm baguettes. All so satisfying. Chef Winston was friendly and came out to greet us. It was nice to see a friendly face had made our food.

Where do I begin? Extraordinary. The staff, the food, the overall experience. I cannot rave about Chez Michel enough. Winston is one of a kind! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Delicious French cuisine and amazing customer service. The ambiance was nice which made it the perfect place for date night. I highly recommend making a reservation and ordering their muscles.

This is a hidden gem. We had a lovely, leisurely dinner to celebrate a wonderful occasion. Highly recommend it. We plan to come again.

Atmosphere, food, and service were all phenomenal. We had the coq au vin and the pork, both were love at first bite. We can’t wait to go back to try more dishes!

Chez Michel is tres magnifique! Hailey, our server, is an absolute delight – stellar service, provided, all around. Second-to-none.
Their burger, stuffed with French onion soup and cheese, was, quite simply, perfection.

I ordered from the take out menus. The salmon was delicious. Flavourful and fluffy. Great mashed potatoes and good vegetables. The plate was huge. Enough for big appetite. Key lime pie was refreshing in hot weather! A bit expensive but well worth it! I will come back again!

Incredible dinner. The food and drink were both so delicious in all ways from start to finish. Our server Sabrina was very friendly and a great host. Highly recommend this restaurant for any dinner as well as any special occasion. Definitely order the French onion soup and a crème brûlée, because how can you not. Highly recommend, and will be back!!

So after hearing great things about this restaurant from friends we finally decided to try it and wow, Absolutely amazing. Staff was super friendly and had great knowledge of the menu and ingredients, food was absolutely amazing, so delicious. Great value for the quality of the meals. Have no complaints at all and will definitely be returning in the future. We even got a tour of the old bank safe.
