We are lucky that they have chosen to open in Creemore. Four of us went on one of the first few days after they opened. The food was truly spectacular (16 course tasting menu). The presentation of each course was unique. Apparently they will be changing out 2 or 3 courses every couple of weeks and so worth going back as often as you can. The wine pairings great and enhanced each course. It is not cheap but we all agreed well worth the price. We will be going as often as we can afford. If you haven’t been, you should go as soon as you can! (Michelin, you should come visiting.)

Unreal - this place competes with the best in Canada and outshines many that get listed on top restaurant lists. We’ve eaten at a lot of Michelin starred places here and abroad and The Pine is up there with the best. Fantastic staff, pacing and portions alongside a menu that feels too long (17) but works just right.

There’s a real passion here. I don’t mean this the wrong way, but why is this place here and not catering to folks in Toronto or Ottawa? They could easily compete and outshine so many others. They are opening another place in Creemore; Creemore has a population of like 2,000 people! I’m torn between wanting to shake them and say “move to Toronto!” vs. appreciating this as an out of the way treasure.

Regardless, each dish is thoughtful, clever and most of all flavourful. Smashed Radish, Ding Ding Chiao Mian, the Oyster dish and many others were head and shoulders above similarly lauded restaurants.

Just a fantastic experience through and through and one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Follow the staff of this place, they will do great things.

Google needs a rating you can apply once every few years for truly exceptional places. This would be that for me.

This dining experience was amazing. We have been to many Michelin star restaurants around the world and this one would outshine them. Every dish is thoughtfully thought out. The flavours are wonderful very hard to pick a favourite out of the 17 courses!

I was introduced to this restaurant at a food and drink show downtown Toronto. It's a bit of a drive to Collingwood but definitely worth it.

There is great pride and attention to detail on the menu items and cocktails. The service was excellent and the staff is very welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion or a special treat.

My wife and I went for opening night yesterday of their new Creemore location. The best meal I have ever eaten and I have eaten some pretty good places. The presentation and the service is absolutely spot on. The chef Jeremy and has staff are some of the most talented chefs you will find in Canada. Cassie and her staff have service down to perfection. This is one of those meals I will be talking about 20 years from now. It is that special!

From the moment we walked in this evening, our experience was incredible. Cassie and Chef Jeremy and the team are to be commended. Each course was a delight for the senses. The creativity and presentation and the flow, it all just fit so well with the atmosphere and the vibe at The Pine. Every detail has been meticulously planned including the table settings and the presentation of the dishes. The cocktails were delicious and complemented the menu. Drink and meal course ingredients are sourced from Canada. It truly doesn’t get better than that. The Pine exceeded all my expectations and even surpassed Alo in many ways. Thank you Chef for the superb creations. I am looking forward to my next visit…

Each plate was full of flavor you didn't want to finish any of them fast, a story or description before each serving and a discussion with the chef afterwards wrapped the whole experience. The price may seem high but when you account that there was 16 servings all quality and the time (dinner took about 3hrs) in my opinion it's fully justified

5 stars does NOT do this place justice. It's in a league of its own. Everything about it and the people who run it is phenomenal. Oh, and the food... Speechless. This'll one day be recognized as one of Canada's best restaurants. Time to do a unique Canadian collab with the Stadtländers? :)

Extraordinary restaurant in lucky Collingwood.

My husband wanted a bigger portion of the beef. I just want to go back again and again.

Wow - that's the correct word for this dining experience. That's how I felt walking in, during the meal, and in the week that has followed my dinner with Jeremy and Cassie.

My wife and I have enjoyed many wonderful culinary experiences over the years, but having had to leave Toronto during the pandemic and how the culinary and dining world has felt since the pandemic began, has left us with an emptiness every time that we've had a meal which we expected to be exceptional. There's always been a hollowness in the air and it takes a day or so before we both verbalize (and really even honestly fully realize to ourselves) our disappointment. Things just have a feel of lacking...

The reason I say this is to be able to describe the chasm of difference we felt after leaving The Pine a week ago. There was no detail that didn't feel both genuine and exceptional to us both. We enjoyed our 5th wedding anniversary dining here and we couldn't have asked for something more engaging, whimsical, and thoughtful. In stark contrast to a time where things feel uncertain and chaotic, our evening was a tremendous departure. The conversation that is proffered by the dishes, service, and ambiance at The Pine, with their diners, through those mediums, is not only wonderful, but will be something that remains with us for many years.

Thank you for the hard work, care, and enormous effort made to every member of the staff who created such an incredible experience.

Lovely experience for some great food that was amazing balanced. Flavours really came together and was fun to try other regional Asian takes on dishes.

Service was also excellent and there is ample parking.

It's a concert of food and every song is a hit! Easily the best meal I've ever had. What a COOL experience! I ate things I would never ever order and absolutely loved every bite. I truly feel this dining experience has changed the way I view food and flavour. The presentation is mind-blowing and I was laughing after every bite because I couldn't believe how good everything tasted. Cassie, Chef Jeremy and their team were absolutely lovely. The Pine has created a next-level culinary adventure in our little town. Collingwood is blessed!

I LOVED the atmosphere. Very calming, cozy and intimate. Now the food is an entire different level I had ever tasted! Everything was like an explosion of amazing flavors you would have never thought would work. Everything, down to the service was impeccable! We will be back, and we will recommend this place to every person I know that is a foodie like myself and my husband!
