Had to migrate 6 lines from Shaw to Rogers. The technician was very helpful and worked with me for over 1.5 hours till 9:00 pm to make sure I left with all the transfers completed. Excellent customer service.

I went there with my friend just to buy a glass guard for my phone but ended up having a great deal for my phone update. The attendant(Manjeet) was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to visit if you are looking for an update.

I had visited many mobile carrier stores nearby as it was Black Friday and the way the employees dealt with the customers were unsatisfactory until I visited this Rogers store. Even though there was a lot of rush in the store, Ms. Rema and Ms. Muskan were very experienced and kind in the way they handled each customers. I had multiple mobility lines that needed to be ported, and I got the best deals in town for them. Both of them were professionally ethical in the way they handled my scenario and were courteous to calmly help me out on such a chaotic day. I would highly recommend visiting their store and I can assure you that you would be satisfied with the deals and the way of dealing with customers.

I showed up at closing as I went to the wrong location and Muskan was extremely accommodating, She reopened her till to allow me to pickup my phone and got everything setup! I am super thankful for her help and patience! Great Experience!

I arrived only 20 minutes before closing and the store was busy but Jaspreet was warm, engaging and the whole process of setting up an account was efficient and enjoyable. Today I went to purchase my new IPhone 14 at about 7:30 pm and we met 2 employees Rohit and Madhav. We went to this location 2 years ago and bought a previous IPhone, and 2 years after I came to this place again because of their excellent customer service, and because they treat me with respect. Every time I come here I find that Rohit and Madhav take really good care of customers, they kept working on my account updates even after the shop was closed, and the way they both deal with other customers is phenomenal. So I would like to thank them both very much for their hard work .

I have been with Rogers for years and I have always hated when it was time to get a new phone. Transferring all the data and images for some reason, has always been hard for me. When it came time to add an additional line to my existing set-up, Maddy made this process quick and painless. I swear I think this guy was manufactured at Apple. He just knew everything and on top of all of that his personality, friendliness and smile will have my family coming back for years.
