I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jibran at the UPS Store in St. Clair Beach Tecumseh. Jibran's expertise, creativity, care, passion, and genuine kindness were an absolute lifesaver during the hectic lead-up to our wedding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him.

We brought a multitude of items, including pictures, menus, cards, and various pieces for our wedding to Jibran's store to be printed. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to assist us. Jibran's suggestions, from different colored paper to cardstock choices and creative design ideas, helped us create the most beautiful final results.

What stood out the most was Jibran's unwavering commitment to ensuring every detail was perfect. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. It was evident that he took great pride in his work, and his passion shone through in the final products.

Every little detail Jibran helped us with contributed to our wedding day becoming a true fairytale. The printed materials he produced added a touch of elegance and sophistication that we had envisioned but couldn't have achieved without his expertise.

Above all, Jibran's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers left a lasting impression on us. Koodos to UPS Tecumseh who stopped my senior father from sending a cheque, realizing he was being scammed. We were able to get to the bank and stop it from being much worse. What excellent customer service ! You literally saved us..

Fantastic Service at this location. There have been times i’ve pulled up and they recognize my car and bring my packages out. They always answer the phone within a few rings. Focused on customer experience. Good people !!

This UPS location stepped up and hurried my package out to the truck so that my package would be delivered that day rather than waiting. The employee was very kind and willing to help!

I had an Amazon return, typically I would do that through staples and their return department however, my Amazon return label was for UPS. I’ve never been in this store and typically all the UPS clerks are rude and annoyed. However, this one is different. I came in with a box that was over flowing with wood and they quickly helped me out with my return. They asked if I wanted them to package it, and I said no since it would cost around 100 bucks. However, as I started packaging it they came to my help and started helping me out with the tape. I’m not sure if it’s just my luck but this store is my favourite UPS store in windsor/tecumseh. Would recommend this store rather than the others because of its excellent customer service.

Amazing people that work here! Drop off is so easy! They know you by name and sends email with confirmation within minutes. No need to wait in line. Thank you guys for excellent customer service

This store is amazing. All of the employees are extremely helpful. They walk me through any glitches I have when trying to send information or return packages. I highly recommend this store

Amazing service! Jibran helped me ship a box to some family in the states and he was very patient and walked me through everything. He helped me with the box sizing. Highly recommend this location if you need to shop anything!
