You can go for a treasure hunt in the store. There's so much to choose from. The staff are real friendly and helpful. I'm going to have to try their hot food next time.

Now for the upcoming Diwali season, they have a stall inside the supermarket where you can get your hands painted with henna.

Very conveniently located in Walker Towne Centre near Walker Square. Plenty of free parking spaces .

Interior
Very spacious, well lit, neatly organized shelfs with broad aisles for ease of movement. Lot of room for shoppers to move freely with trolleys (no deposit required). Shelves are neatly stacked and properly labelled

Merchandise

Mainly catering to South Asian population. The main sections are
1. Fresh Produce
2. Frozen Items (including vegetables, prepared Roti etc)
3. Packaged groceries (mainly used for cooking such as rice lentils, oil, snacks etc)
4. Household appliances (including buckets, brooms. mixers and dishes)
5. Sports goods (limited)
6. Pooja (Worship) items (includes a variety of Pooja mandaps)
7. Fresh food and tiffin ( Idli, Dokla, noodles)

Customer Service
The best part is the excellent customer service. When I requested for replenishing some of the vegetables, the customer service staff (Simran) was more than happy to bring a fresh box of the vegetable i requested. Simran was very pleasant and inquired if she could assist me to select any other vegetables.
I had similar pleasant experience with other staff including the one who served me at the food counter as well as the check out counter.

Amazing experience overall, and I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy some South Asian items to definitely visit the store

I had the pleasure of visiting Namaste Indian Suoermarket, and I must say, I was extremely pleased with my experience. The store consistently stocks fresh vegetables, and their range of Indian groceries is truly impressive, spanning a wide variety of products from different regions. The staff is incredibly helpful, offering guidance and assistance with a friendly attitude. This added level of customer service further enhances the overall shopping experience, making it a must-visit store. It's become my go-to place for all my Indian cooking needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch ingredients.

Staff are generally really kind and helpful - especially at checkout counter. Really nice.

Also, we recently tried their house-made Jalebi and Bread Pakora and were blown away! The Jalebi was light and airy and not overly sweet. The Bread Pakora was wonderfully seasoned and just the right amount of mirchi!

I'm giving a five star but I note that cleanliness and organization can be an issue sometimes. I am sure this will be worked out in time as they are a newer grocer in Windsor. We are happy to have them!

I have taken Gujarati tiffin service from Namaste store. I would like to say that there tiffin services are really good, there delivery driver is very punctual and responsive, respectful to any issues and concerns. Also the gujarati cook holds really nice cooking skills, she always gives some chef speciality every week. They have variety of menu's changing every week with proper indian masalas and fresh vegetables used for cooking. Tiffins are microwave safe making it convinient at work with properly packed flat breads to avoid it from drying. I have been using there tiffin services now from 3 months and it's been so wonderful experience till now, there have been issues but they have always resolved it actively considering the complaints so that makes them standout in my viewpoint. They have really budget friendly price in gujarati tiffin which is providing 2 big containers of veg sabzii with 8 rotis. All in all my final wordings will be if you're a student, working individual and looking for a budget friendly and tasty gujarati/punjabi option this is a must try tiffin service.

First time after a long time tasted the most delicious fresh jelabies. It was really amazing. I see some changes or other every time I visit. Friendly atmosphere and good stock of all grocery items. Keep up the good work. My best wishes.

The staff are very kind and honest.
The reason I go to this market is the amazing variety of spices, many that have Ayurvedic benefits.
Visit them before ordering online.
They also have every other thing that is needed for indian and none indian cooking.

Loved the food here. Ordered some chicken from here and totally loved it. Feels like like a food from India. So underrated yet awesome. Would recommend this place to everyone. Chef heere is a pro. He is best at whatever he does.

One of the best tiffin service out there, no doubt the food is delicious. It feels like having the same food back in India. Shoutout to Baljendra paaji who always delivers the tiffin on time without fail and handles everything in a good manner. I would highly suggest this tiffin service. Peace✌🏻

I enjoy going to the best Indian store in Windsor due to numerous reason. The first and most important reason, I always find everything I need in one place. Second, multiple options for the same item. Third, owner always there to help to find items if I can’t find them by myself. The store is very clean and have fresh veggies every time I visit the store. I highly recommend to check this store out at least once.

Customer Friendly and polite staff with lots of variety for all spices, vegetables and frozen food items. Not feel like missing any ready to eat snacks. Most attracting feature is neat, clean and nicely organized

The best sugarcane juice in town. The flavour was totally Indian style. The customer service person Preet was very polite. I would definitely recommend, they start a bigger size sugarcane juice. Since it is the only one in town. Very clean store with a good feel.

Best Indian store in town. The owner has a great vision and definitely wish him luck in his future endeavors. Lovely place to shop. Fresh veggies Everytime I go. Because they know what the public wants and are willing to work hard, wishing them all the very best in everything they do. It is probably the only store in Windsor which aims to get fresh veggies atleast three times a week.

The employees were all so helpful and pleasant. I stopped to get a few things for a friend who was having me over for Diwali. I had lots of questions and they were very helpful. This little store has all kinds of spices, teas, incense, fresh indian food and homemade sweets.

They carry everything that you would expect to find from a South Asian Supermarket. From produce, grains, pulses, frozen items to heath & beauty products, seasonal items like Rakhdis, etc.. you'd find everything you can think of. Also, they do sell fresh snacks and meals.

Windsor needed an Indian super store of this scale for a long time. Owner of this newly opened Indian Grocery store is very helpful and open to feedback and always try to meet needs of Indian community by adding groceries/foods as per the Indian festivals. Will love to see addition of new varieties as well in future.

A newer Indian grocery store with a larger inventory of products and a great customer service. The staff reach out to you and ensure you get what you are looking for. This is one of the largest Indian grocery stores in Windsor. They also have prepared food which includes different curries along with roti or rice.
