5 stars. Reason: I have been to hundreds of McDonald's franchises throughout my life, mostly in Toronto but I've been to a few in Scotland as well as a couple in Buffalo, NY. This one is one of the nicest ones I've been to. As someone who pays attention to proper restaurant practices, I've noticed their care to detail, making sure they get the order right, asking me how I am and if there's anything they can do for me, as well as keeping the place spotlessly clean, especially for a very wet winter. They're very meticulous with their cleaning, and very positive, which is rare from McDonald's franchises.

I don't eat the food personally but any time I have ordered for someone else I have no complaints about the service and building is kept clean.

Five stars for 1999 sville McDonald's. The right staff gave us free big extras all-time AND let us be obliterated drunk in the dining area. Great stuff. Plus? They had these comms(drive thru speakers) that were top notch. I feel they don't get enough credit for their frontline mastery of radio/comms discipline... Outright heroics... ... ... ..

Good place to eat but they don't give you what you ask for, fries are only warm and they mix up your order with someone else haha I guess the big M stands for MISTAKES lol.

not bad they make good ice coffees.. sometimes.. it a normal McDonald's btw and its quite avg. but the staff are respectful and kind.

One of the best Mcdonalds. always comes here if i'm in stpehenvile. the staff is nice. and the food is always delicous and perfectly made.
